I purchased this workout bench because I couldn't get the good leg workout I wanted with my old bench. I spent lots of time comparing different workout benches and purchased this one for the following reasons:1. The majority of the reviews are positive.2. This bench allows me to do arm and leg strengthening.3. Appeared to be well madeNow that I have it, I picked the right bench. The instructions are easy to follow. Plan on 30 to 45 minutes at most to assemble. There are plenty of pictorials showing how to assemble parts. All tools needed for assembly are included in the box. The soft materials appear to be good quality and metal materials are well made and heavy duty. The bench also has built-in wheels fir easy relocation. Time will tell how the seat and back support soft materials hold up. I'm a hefty guy and when I seat on the bench it feels sold and doesn't rock like other cheap workout benches. I could have bought a less expensive bench but in my opinion, this bench is worth the money. I would recommend this product to a friend. I purchased this product on a Monday and it was promptly delivered the next day. A big thanks to the Seller for excellent shipping time.

It's decent. Instructions look intimidating but with power tools it took 25 minutes to put together. It's heavier than I expected. So moving it around is a little bit of a pain. Range of motion on preacher curl is just a touch short but it works. I'm 6'3 and leg extension works well. Rubber feet don't stay on so you'll have to glue them. Overall happy. This thing is way over-built. Quality piece.

Solid workout bench with excellent construction. I am and experienced lifted with over 20 yrs of experience and can say that it is on par with what I would look for in a commercial gym in terms of weight and quality. Excellent range of angles for adjusting the bench and it was easy to assemble. My only critiques are that the built in preacher curl does not allow for full range of motion at the extension aspect. Also the leg curl is difficult to find the right position to allow full range of motion as well. Regardless, this is a fantastic solid bench with excellent design and multifunctional properties. I would highly recommend it in all ways.

This bench went together easily, functions very well, and is very sturdy. I am 6' and appreciate the length. The bench adjustments are sufficient for my needs. I use it almost daily with free weights. Been using it about 6 months now and no issues.

Best Adjustable Weight Bench in this Price Range

It isn't perfect, and I wish it was better in some areas(which I'll get to), but for $500 CAD, you really can't go wrong.Now, there might be better benches in this price range if you only care for the incline, decline, and flat adjustments. But I bought this primary for the additions of the Leg Exension and Leg Curl attachment. The preacher curl is a bonus if I ever need it, but don't currently use it.Now some of the minor issues/challenges:- The leg curl and extensions are both difficult to find the sweet spot to allow full range of motion. But it is possible. You need to line your knee joint up with the main pivot point on the machine. Once you find it, you'll get full ROM, but it can take some playing around to figure it out.- Unfortunately, full ROM as well just isn't possible with the preacher curl chain from what I could see. Getting full extension of the arm is also difficult to acheive. It's okay if you only want to do partials, but if you want full ROM this isn't for you. The preacher rest attachment itself is certainly usable, and partials are possible like I said, so it's not like there is no value here, it's just not perfect.- The cylinder pads for the legs can be painful when doing leg curls, but I found with a yoga mat under my legs for more cushioning it's not a big deal.Overall, I'm still giving this thing a 5/5 and am happy with the purchase, thanks to the value for the price. But yeah, if Keppi could beef up the leg pads and figure out how to provide full ROM on the preacher curl that would make from some nice upgrades to the product.
Great Value, Solid Bench, Good Customer Support.
Had a cheap bench at home that I wanted to replace. Did a lot of research and finally bought this bench. I could not find a bench with the same features as this one for close to the same price. Bench is very sturdy. Padding is thick. The back rest and seat adjustments are quick and lock into place. Leg extension and curls are smooth thanks to the bearing design. Incline sit-ups work well.A few things to note:- as other reviewers stated, I wasn’t able to get full range of motion with the preacher curl attachment. The preacher pad works ok for dumbbell preacher curls, but the leg extension bar still partly gets in the way. So instead for dumbbell preacher curls, I set the backrest to 70 degrees, stand behind the bench, then put the back of my arm on the backrest to do curls.- the position of the foam rollers for the leg extension and leg curls are adjustable but they are held in place with friction from a plastic screw-on knob. Even with the knob done up tight, I’ve had the foam rollers slide while doing leg exercises. Hasn’t bothered me too much so I haven’t tried to find a fix for this.- the foam roller pad my leg rests on while doing leg extensions and curls is too low, even in the top position (there are 2 positions). I get around this by putting a pad on top of the foam roller so my knee joint lines up better with the bearing.My bench did come with a bent metal piece. I contacted Keppi and they sent me a replacement part. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the bench and the customer service. I highly recommend it.
Very sturdy multifunctional bench
I wanted a leg extension machine and I stumbled upon this amazing bench that would be a 3 in 1 in my small home gym ! Now after months of using it I can report back that it’s really sturdy, does the job perfectly and still looks as good as new !

Good company to keep an eye on.I wanted to give this a 5 star review because it's so affordable and the quality matches the price point.But....For reference I'm female and 164 cm in height (5' 4").Using the leg extension is very rough on my knees bc the rollers that go under your knee joints are not high enough, they are at the same level as the seat (at the highest setting) so you don't get full range of motion. You're forced to do this exercise in bad form which then puts your knees in a more strained position if that makes sense. I wouldn't put a lot of weight on for this exercise tbh.The company does not include enough foam rollers for both attachments so you'll have to keep taking them off of one and putting them on the other, it's a pain. You can buy the extra 4 as an option, but they should've been included (just my opinion).The leg attachments are annoying to switch between, no quick release. I wish they found a way to just have the leg extension incorporated with the other leg attachment.There is also a 3.5" gap between the seat and backrest when laid flat. They should've added something removable to fill it in because it does bother me when bench pressing. The gap is noticable.The preacher curl pad is at a bad angle and doesn't work well with the provided bar and chain attachment. Even when trying to use free weights with it, terrible range of motion.All in all, there is still lots of room for improvement bc they really missed with this one. What's the point of making these benches but not get the angles and height measurements right. A few more settings for height adjustments and they would've had a killer product.I don't think I can vouch for this product.
Effective, but takes up a decent amount of space
I was surprised at how big this bench is, but it's versatile and adds a lot to my workouts. Leg extension and curl attachment is an added bonus, highly recommend if you have the space for it

Very sturdy multifunctional bench
