Didn’t even get to use the damn thing. Definitely made me late for work as well smh.Seems to be a brake sensor or connection error….This is annoying.5th wheel what is this!!!?!? lol*******MAJOR UPDATE:***** 5 star service! 👌🏾5th wheel reached out, I’m impressed with their customer service, they solved the issues and was able to work with me to rectify the situation. Sometimes we can’t predict issues especially with these machines… but great customer service is a major key.Thank you 5th wheel!

My review on this scooter has been overall positive. I love my scooter, so much so that I've worn out my wheels from using it so much. It's been very reliable and I've been using it to commute to work and home, even being able to travel to the gym and back without having to charge it. I've had it for just under a year and it was gifted to me as a moving present from my family. Overall, I recommend this scooter!

i did alot of reashurch befor purchsing. and many scooters even the main go trax and suich all seems to have alot of mixed reviews. but i watched countless video reviews from people who do nothing but review scooters. and this one by far seems to be the better of them. well i got it and have been riding it a few weeks and im loving it.it took a bit to get useto as its much lighter weight when what i was use to with the lime scooters and my old emove. but im really impresed with the scooter in general oce i got use to its light weight. im a bit disapointed i cant get the app to work no matter what i do the blutooth connected once but the appp diddetn register it. so i could use its features. but it lights up beautifly. the blinkers are super handy. im 240 pounds and this thing deff holds my weight plus my shopping. i can get it rocking 19 if i wanted i prefure for around town to keep it capped at 15. it doe take gradents up to i would say 15% well but with my weight i got stalled and an erroer message at a 20% gradent. but its rare to find a slope i want to go up that i need to walk it where im located. i would say it goes on uneven ground at 15 mph about 20 miles on a charg befor it dies. im impressed it has that many miles it can really go. al and all for the ptice its not a bad scooter. not scooter elitests would say its trash

My v30pro over heated. I don't know what it was due to. I contacted support. They was able to guide me to the problem. Together we fixed it. A great support team, great and fun scooters.

The battery life is incredible, lasting way longer than I expected. The suspension makes every ride smooth, even on rougher roads. And the turn signals? Sooooooo good! Bright, easy to use, and a game-changer for safety.If you’re thinking about getting this scooter, do it! It’s worth every penny.

Full disclosure, I was dissatisfied with the V30 I bought last August, and they refunded it and offered to send me this one when it came out. The V30 had battery voltage and current issues, struggled to reach its top speed, and just generally wasn't as powerful as I had hoped.This scooter is a vast improvement in every category. I'm about 240lbs now, and it reaches its top speed in less than 10 seconds with no problem. The 48 volt battery absolutely surges current into the 800 peak watt motor with no issues whatsoever, and will barely dip speed going up hills. Despite the added power, the range is still greater than expected clocking in at right around 15 miles total, which I can ride all in one sitting, about 50 minutes of riding total at the highest speed setting. I can only imagine this range gets further in the eco setting.The build quality did not disappoint. Assembly is a bit iffy because the threaded holes and screws are just the tiniest bit off, but it gets there eventually. The weld joints are rock solid, the tolerance on the folding mechanism inspires confidence while riding, the handlebar has absolutely no wobble or give, and the suspension is smooth, silent, and VERY noticeable over the v30. Despite the tight tolerances, it folds with no resistance. It's a bit harder to carry now with the extra weight, but very well worth it. The charging brick is improved as well, having no significant issue with heat buildup during charging without sacrificing on charge time.The turn signal lights are bright and obvious, the bell has an ergonomic lever and a crisp chime, and the brake light is outstanding. The wheels are large for a scooter and handle bumps beautifully. I feel safer on this scooter than I do on my daily commute bike. My only issue is that at higher speeds, it is very hard to turn because it has a tendency to tokyo drift if you go too sharply. The brakes are strong enough that it isn't too much of a problem though. The front headlight is still a bit small, but usable. The thematic lighting on the front stem is a nice addition as well.I would have been amazed by the value for money of this scooter back in August, if I had the chance. It is such a glorious piece of technology in every conceivable way. It is so good, in fact, that it has derailed my plan to convert my bicycle into an ebike for the time being. This sort of innovation is what makes me proud to be an Engineer.I strongly reccomend this scooter to anyone looking for a different way to ride. It is better than a bike, and will get you to work, school, or somewhere fun on the weekends with absolutely no issue. I will be using it to commute to both my job and classes for the foreseeable future.
