I recently started doing Pilates and more barre-style workouts, this is great for balance when targeting specific muscles to failure. Love to use it in squats too- a simple, but must have tool! Also is a plus that it is pretty and comes with a neck pad and travel bag. Great solid quality!

I love it! There are so many uses. Stretching, balancing, walking with confidence. Good for elderly people to stay healthy.

So far, excellent. I am recovering from a fractured humerus and was able to take this stick on vacation in my suitcase (I used the two ends it was plenty long for me. I could do all my Physical Therapy using it. Price is great. I see some people having issues with it breaking but so far--it's strong and doing exactly what it's supposed to do.

I have limited space for my equipment which is why I had purchased this one since it rolls up very small and fits in the back holder of my peloton bike. The grips are really comfortable and its great you can adjust the length, as my husband has a much longer arm length than me and to properly stretch he needs it longer. Versus my daughter and I need it smaller. I also used it to balance for doing squats on slippery marble floors and it didn't budge which is great for safety. You can do a lot of different stretches and workouts with this, so I am pleased!

My stick broke into two pieces in my 2nd day of use. For those that reviewed this product as durable - well let’s just say I’m not impressed with the durabilty. $30 for basically one day of use.

This well made yoga stick is great- you can make three different size poles. It’s very useful for the physical therapy exercises I got it for. Because it comes apart and has a storage bag, it’s also easy to travel with.

Pretty cool product. I needed something to help with shoulder mobility and this fits the part. Two things that I wanted to leave a review about. First, it's not really quick, but it is easy to take the stick apart and make it shorter. You have to unscrew each wooden piece which can be tedious. I think most folks will opt to just keep it on whatever end they prefer. Second, one of the rubber ends on mine refuses to stay on which is incredibly annoying. Anytime I have to turn the stick on that side, the rubber end falls off and goes rolling away. Didn't think it would be too much of an issue, but it can really interrupt a great stretching session.
