I've had this machine nearly a year, so here's my experience.First, I live in a large house with what feels like about an acre of floor tile. I have an average-sized foyer with a hallway leading into a large kitchen with attached dinette area, going back through another hallway into a powder room. Plus - a first-floor laundry room and an oversized bathroom in the first-floor master suite. Upstairs, I have two more average-sized bathrooms.Having to first vacuum all that square footage and then using a bucket and mop for all that tile used to take me around 2 hours - if I was quick. It was hot and sweaty work, and I never really felt the floors were clean using a mop dipped into dirty water.After watching video after video on YouTube - and with Prime day sweetening the deal with a deep discount - I took the plunge and bought the 2-in-1 cordless model.It's described as the "BMW" of vacuum mops by reviewers on YouTube, and they're not kidding. Opening the box feels like unpacking a giant iPhone; even the packaging material is top-notch. Every piece of this unit is made with high-quality plastic with rubber seals, ingeniously designed and very well-made. (PRO TIP: take pictures or video with your phone as you unpack - you may need to have to repack it later - I'll explain below.)I now have every square inch of my tile floors vacuumed and cleaned in less than 1/2 hour without breaking a sweat. Every inch is washed with fresh water/cleaning solution, and my floors have never looked or felt cleaner.However, there are some things to know about this machine before you buy it. I won't even call them "cons", just some pointers:1. I wish this came in a corded model. I'd much rather work around a long cord than always having to hustle through the job before it loses its charge. (PRO TIP: move all of your furniture and area rugs off the floor before you start so you can move through the rooms quickly without wasting precious seconds on the battery charge.)2. A full charge lasts me about 24 minutes. BUT - it's important you finish the job before you drop below 20% charge; once you're below 20%, it will not let you do the self-cleaning cycle.3. The self-cleaning cycle. Do not think you're done after the self-cleaning cycle. Like a BMW, this machine is very sensitive with compact parts, and it needs to be THOROUGHLY cleaned by disassembling the wastewater tank, removing the cover and the brush, and washing each part meticulously and wiping down the machine. If it's not squeaky-clean after each use, crap will gunk up REAL fast and start growing mold and mildew.4. Because of the necessary post-cleanup, all the videos and photos showing people standing on a pristine floor using this machine to sweep up spilled cereal or an entire plate of spilled spaghetti are completely insane. Yes, I understand they're just trying to illustrate what the machine can do, but honestly, WHY would you gunk up your machine with spaghetti and sauce when in literally less than one minute you can scoop it all up with a paper towel and spray and wipe the whole area down with Fantastic? Otherwise you'd be spending at least a half-hour cleaning spaghetti out of your machine. DO NOT DO THIS.5. Be aware that it'll take around 4 hours for a full recharge.********SERVICE ALERT**********After not even 12 uses, the machine started to seriously malfunction; while cleaning the floors, it kept slipping into "self-cleaning" mode, shooting cleaning solution everywhere. I had to carefully re-pack the unit and send it back for servicing. They paid the shipping and the cost of the repair, and it was fixed and returned within about 10 days. Knock on wood, it's been working well ever since.FINAL THOUGHTS:I'll be honest, even if this thing lasted only 1 year and I had to keep buying a new one every year, for me it would still be worth it. Cleaning the floors with this machine is a joy, my floors have never been cleaner, and the cleanup afterward, once you get the hang of it, really takes only about 5 minutes or so.This is a definite BUY!

I was hesitant to make this big purchase. I'm so glad that I did. I have 2 kids, a dog (Golden Retriever), a long-haired cat, and a construction working husband. Needless to say, our house gets tracked up easily. We have a ranch style house. The main floor is 2500 sq/ft. Only the bedrooms have carpet. Everything else is vinyl flooring. Before purchasing this, I would vacuum everything then mop and bucket. It was so much work with going back and forth rinsing out the mop and moving chairs back and forth. It was always a big, long chore I was never excited about doing. I have been looking at these machines for a while and wasn't ready to invest. Mostly due to reading reviews about animal hair. I have read a lot that said it doesn't work well for that. I will say with a dog and cat that shed it does work well. I do vacuum the corners were the hair likes to collect in little dust piles first with our cordless vacuum just because I don't want to have issues with it. Thats a quick easy thing for me to do first. Then I used this vacuum and mop around the house. The first time I used it I knew our floors were dirty. It was winter and the kids and dog would track in the salt and dirt from the driveway. So, when the smart function on the machine said the floors were dirty, I would go slow over the floors and the machine goes into turbo mode. I continue over the spot until the light on the top will turn green. This used a lot of the battery because of how dirty my floors were. The battery didn't make it halfway through the house. I was a little disappointed, but I do realize the machine was running hard. I put it on the charger, and it takes a long time to charge up. I did the rest of the house later that day and it worked great. I was so surprised at how well it cleaned the floors. I like the fact that it has a dirty water and clean water tank. That way you're not using the same water to clean the floors and push the same crud around. With our larger area to be cleaned I have to empty the tank out about 5 to 6 times during moping. It's very easy to do. I dump the dirty water tank in the toilet. It has a hair collector/strainer at the top of the tank to collect all the bigger debris that gets in the tank. This is nice to just grab what's on the top and toss it in the trash and dump the rest. When you are finished you run the self-cleaning cycle and dump out the tank. It comes with a bristle brush to clean the tanks out which is really nice. I set them to the side to dry out, so I don't get a mold/musty/stinky tank. I also take the roller off the bottom and set it up right to dry evenly. The base has storage attachments to keep everything together, so nothing gets lost. I find myself moping the floors more often and house is staying cleaner. When I keep up on the moping I can do the whole house on one battery charge. If I wait a while and the floors get really dirty, I do have to stop and recharge the machine up and finish the rest after it's done charging. This works great for my dog and cat hair. I haven't had a problem with clogging or it not picking up the hair. The base just goes by a plug in our locker room out of site from everything and is sturdy. I'm so glad I purchased this, and I use it often. I highly recommend it if you have a large area of flooring that you vacuum and mop. It cuts your time in half.

This Tineco floor cleaner does a fantastic job of getting my floors sparkling clean. It's incredibly easy to use, and I love how it vacuums and mops at the same time, which cuts my cleaning time in half. The cleaning performance is top-notch, and my floors have never looked better.My one major complaint, however, is the battery life. It's quite short and doesn't last long enough for me to clean my entire house in one go. To be fair, I do have a very large house, so this might not be an issue for someone with a smaller space. For me, it means I have to stop and wait for it to recharge, which is a bit frustrating. If the battery life were improved, this would easily be a five-star product. As it stands, it's a great cleaner, but the battery issue keeps it from being perfect for my needs.

Tengo 1.5 años con ella y hasta el momento todo bien. Creo que definitivamente es un buen producto. Lo único “malo” es que tuvo un detallito , no sé por qué no quería arrancar, pero vi en TikTok que era una falla común y al ponerle un pedacito de cinta en el sensor, funcionó como siempre. Si funciona mucho mejor usando el líquido con el que viene (y huele delicioso) pero se me hace muy caro. Apenas compraré mi primer kit de repuestos, ya que los dos rodillos que trae incluido me duraron bien para este tiempo.En general una buena compra, poco mantenimiento y buena función.Si comprara otra sería un modelo más reciente solo por el hecho de que esta no puedes inclinarla al 100% para meterla bajo los sillones o muebles y los modelos más recientes si, pero la marca me agradó.
