I've been using Amlactin for a year or so to help with certain skin problems, and it's been a lifesaver.I decided to try this brand instead recently due to the high price of Amlactin, and it's working just as well for less than half the price! I water it down slightly because it's quite thick, but honestly that just means it's going to last longer. I do not find that it leaves my skin sticky at all (maybe because I thin it out a bit?), and the smell is not bad for this type of lotion. I'm glad it's not perfumed or anything, and whatever smell there is dissipates within an hour or so.My skin is smoother than ever, and even the bumps on my arms and legs go away and stay away when I use this stuff regularly.Give it ago if the big brand name price is a bit much!

Great lotion for strawberry legs that dermatologist recommended, it's not as expensive as the other brand stuff and it works amazing. very thick so you don't need to apply a lot , a little goes a long way.

This is a great lotion, providing great hydration and helping with crepey skin! It is very thick and does not absorb as fast as other lotions. I would recommend.

This is good stuff for dry skin. No odor and blends in pretty quickly. Better to add a little at a time because too much makes your skin kind of tacky. But it works and softens the rough patches on my skin!

I have very dry skin and have been using this for many years, it is the only thing that has worked for me. I haven’t noticed the smell but my sense of smell isn’t great. It was recommended by my dermatologist. Once when I out of town, I forgot it and the itching was terrible until I found a pharmacy that carried it. The amazing thing is that it works so quickly after I apply it. I recently so a side by side comparison between ammonium Lactate and CeraVe, the scores were 10/10 and 3/10.

Was recommended to me by a dermatologist. I use it over retinol and under moisturizer. I think it's been a good addition to the bedtime routine. There's a little bit of a tingle at first, and I don't have sensitive skin, but it passes quickly.
