Wasn’t sure how good the resistance would be underwater or if it would feel like a workout, but it definitely has resistance and the workout on your arms is definitely there. I enjoy using these and they seem to work - you do get a lot of resistance. A pool workout is a fun way to tone your arms and upper body, so it may work better than an exercise you never want to do.

Very colorful, a little hard to put together, but once the rod is through the foam it stays solid. The work out it great, the resistance, because of the size, is really good. We are very happy with them.

Good weights but be aware, they certainly aren't portable in the sense of throwing them in your pool bag and heading down to the lap pool - larger in size than I thought they'd be. Would be nice if they came with a carrying bag.

Loved these! Buy with confidence
Sadly no photo of these as I left them with my family abroad but I absolutely love them!Firstly: they weigh next to nothing - they are designed to provide resistance in the water - so you can bring them in your suitcase if travelling, without being worried about extra weight. However, they are bulky and dont "fold down" so you need to allow space in the case/ beach bags.For best results, you need to do the exercises with these underwater, in order to get proper water resistance. With this in mind, you need to be able to stand in water that comes up to about your shoulders when standing with your feet shoulder-width apart.I used these every day for about 20 minutes in the sea whilst staying with my family who live abroad and it was a super workout. There are a range of exercises you can do with them to help tone your arms/shoulders/chest. I'm slim built and don't regularly work out. I found I could only do a few moves before really feeling it in my muscles but I used them every day and quickly got stronger. I liked the next day feeling of having had a workout without the "I'm dying and cant use my arms anymore" sensation!I also used them as simple floats whilst I kicked my legs underwater to up my "step count" for the day and tone my legs and get my pulse rate up.The material is durable: I used mine every day for 3 weeks without any change to the product/damage. I would recommend these for a fitness instructor looking to improve the quality of their aqua-gym lessons/raise levels of customer engagement and enjoyment, or to any individual who wants to get more out of their summer/holiday without having to hit the gym. I'd also recommend to people who are older, or who are recovering from injury and want something low impact that gives results, again, without having to hit a gym!

Efficace
Ravie de ces haltères de piscine. Ils agissent par contre poussée dans l’eau. Idéal pour se remuscmer ( dans mon cas après opération du dos). Ces haltères m’ont été conseillé par mon kinésithérapeute. Ayant utilisé ceux d’une autre marque Décxxx , ceux ci sont mieux grâce à une mousse plus dense ( efforts plus importants). Je recommande 👍👍
