I’ve used this pills for a long time and they have been really good for my anxiety and stress. When I stopped taking it, I still felt the effects but needed to take them again as my anxiety is pretty bad. There is no smell and they are easy to swallow as they are not huge. It doesn’t make me slow but I have good energy after taking them for a couple weeks to allow them to set in.

I’ve only been taking these for a week, but last night I slept the entire night through! I cannot recall the last time that happened.During the past week I have slept better and while I recently started a calorie restricted diet, Im losing weight without being hungry or irritable. My mood is pleasant and I have experienced no unusual sid3 effects.I’m hoping this isn’t a placebo effect and I’ll find out soon enough.I’m happy and not anxious, which is a wonderful thing.I already have this on subscribe & save, I’m that impressed.

5/15/25 Update: Taking 1 a day seems to work better for my body's chemical makeup. I'm actually feeling more positive these days. Will see what happens with more time. Thank you.Original Review: It's still too early to tell. Taking 2 a day made me feel weird, but today I just took 1 and I feel a lot better! It could be my body adjusting too. It's probably too early to tell. Thank you.

10/10 absolutely recommend. Starts working within the hour. I take it with me to work every day. It stabilises my mood with a little pep and it improves brain function. Does not have an after taste like other brands. Capsules are sealed well.
