    I have found that cinnamon supplements make a significant difference in keeping my blood sugar stable. These are too sweet for my taste, but the ones I preferred became unavailable. So apparently the choice is between these and capsules, and most of my other supplements are in capsule form which I get tired of swallowing. I will continue to take these until a less sweet alternative becomes available.
