The media could not be loaded. I’ve had this fireplace since about mid November and it’s now February. It’s working great. It heats up our bedroom nicely, although because it’s on the smaller side, I wouldn’t recommend it for a large living room. It does increase your electric bill for sure. But if you’re not using it as a heat source and only want it for the ambiance with the flames flickering, it won’t cost much. It has a huge amount of heat settings or again, can be used without the heater. Three different settings for how bright you want the flames. That clicking you hear in the video is me pushing the remote to adjust the brightness level. Assembly took about an hour or so. It was worth it. The depth of the mantle is really decent and the little space underneath is perfect too. Overall I think it’s perfect. The only improvement would be if they offered it in black or brown since the white doesn’t really go with our bedroom furniture.

This small electric fireplace is perfect for the room. We purchased it for our daughter's home in North Carolina, after the hurricane that was devastating. She had damage and we felt she needed something to help brighten her home. It's perfect. It makes her home warm and cozy and inviting to sit and relax with a good book. She says, it is not only beautiful , but heats up quickly and safely. The joy it has given us for purchasing it, is only exceeded by her joy for having it in her home. Easy to install by herself. 5 stars isn't enough.

This fireplace IS NOT alloy steel as described in the "Product Information" listing. That is why I ordered this particular fireplace. It IS "Engineered Wood" as listed in the "Specification List". This is a very deceiving !

This unit is cheap pressboard and very small. Don’t waste your money unless you live in a tiny house.
