I bought it for my daughter for summer activities at home, and she loves it! She's 13 and says it's not difficult. It includes everything you need, quality materials and she loves that it comes with all the tutorial videos. A fantastic way to learn to crochet! It's a kit that will give you hours of fun!

I’m totally new to crocheting and honestly had no idea where to even start. This kit made it way easier than I expected. The instructions were pretty straightforward, and when I wasn’t sure about something, there were video tutorials that helped a lot—sometimes it’s just easier to watch someone do it than figure it out from pictures.What I really liked is that everything you need is already included. As a beginner, I didn’t know what kind of yarn to get, what tools I’d need, or how many little things actually go into making something that looks right. Having it all in one place saved me from overthinking or buying a bunch of random stuff that might not have worked. The yarn was a good texture—not too fuzzy or slippery—and the extras like stuffing and stitch markers were really helpful (even though I wouldn’t have known I needed them at all).The little plant designs are super cute and fun to work on, and even though I haven’t finished them all yet, I’m already feeling way more confident just from playing around with this kit. It’s also a lot more affordable than if I had tried to buy everything separately.If you’re just getting into crochet and don’t want to stress over what to buy or where to start, something like this is a great way to dive in. It gives you everything you need, takes out the guesswork, and makes learning actually fun.

These are so cute and the instruction is easy to follow for an intermediate level crocheter. I would not recommend for a beginner just because of the small stitches this kit uses a 3 mm hook and if you are new at crochet it may be hard to see the stitches. I really like this kit the plants turned out as pictured very cute.

This has been a fun little kit to make. I'm currently about 90% through all the makes in the kit. The kit makes five different cactuses. It comes with a hook, supporting notions, and some yarn. I thought perhaps there were going to significant leftovers , but now that I'm finishing the last project, I can tell that it will be just enough yarn - EXCEPT for the golden brown color. I ran out of that on my fourth cactus and had to substitute with yarn left over from another kit. I don't remember wasting any yarn, but I did come up short.The patterns are written and not supported with tutorial videos, but they are very well written and illustrated, making them easy to follow. All of the more unusual stitches are explained in the stitch guide at the beginning of the pattern booklet. Everything I've made has turned out well, or as well as can be as I'm still learning and I'm sure I've made plenty of mistakes along the way. The most fun part of the kit was making the leaves of the actual cactuses - mainly because they weren't circles.I would suggest this kit for anyone who has basic crochet knowledge.

This crochet kit was a fun and approachable way to start learning. The instructions were clear enough for a beginner, and the materials included were good quality. Making the hanging plant decorations was satisfying—they turned out really cute and added a handmade touch to my space. Great for a relaxing project.

They’re cute and an ok project. The first crochet project I did was a wobble kit with Pierre the penguin. That was perfect!! All the materials that are included, and the video directions are spot on. Had I started with this one first, I would’ve been insanely confused. This one was still semi-difficult for a beginner on their second project. IMO not the first one you wanna start with. The yarn is not error proof like the wooble easy yarn and will unravel which becomes a nightmare, if you make a mistake and have to redo stitches.

Still learning how to crochet.. the instructions that it comes with are OK but it’s easier to use YouTube to actually watch the videos on how to create this! The quality is really good. The colors are very vibrant.
