I have taken multiple different types of sleepy Gummies in the past and seems like my body gets used to them and it doesn’t really help me sleep after I take them for an extended period of time these on the other hand were the best I’ve used so far. The only downside is that unless you get at least eight hours of sleep, they do make you a little bit groggy the next day. I don’t take any caffeine or any stimulant whatsoever in the morning so maybe that’s my problem but they do make me a little sleepy for an hour or two when I first get up But they do help you go to sleep within probably half an hour to an hour. The only other issue I have with these is that whenever I take a sleepy gummy, I usually have crazy dreams, but I guess that’s a fun part but they do work relatively fast and they’re pretty strong

I used to have trouble falling asleep (I would not fall asleep until 1am, 2am or 3am) until I started taking these. I take two every night when I go to bed, and fall asleep within 45 minutes. I rest well all through the night, and I have no trouble waking up the next day. When I get up, I don’t feel drowsy or sleepy at all. I tried two other brands that did not work for me (one was chewable and the other one was a pill, both 10mg), so I was close to concluding that melatonin just did not work…until I found these! I’m so glad I gave them a chance!

I love these melatonin, gummy’s. I also take the women’s multivitamin and I went a whole year without having a cycle and I swear by it after I started taking the multivitamin. I have had a regular period the last two months I’m not saying that it’s due to the vitamins but that’s the only thing that I have changed and as far as the melatonin gummy’s, they work amazing I sleep so good and I don’t wake up feeling groggy or tired. Highly recommend this brand in general all of their vitamins and Gummies are super good and they taste really good very good priced as well.

These are great & work super well to help me sleep. It has a lot of great ingredients in it as well. I haven’t had any side effects from it thus far. For the amount you get it’s a pretty good deal comparatively to other melatonin products that don’t have the extra ingredients in it.

I’ve had sleep problems for years and have cycled through dozens of natural supplements -most of which have, eventually, lost effectiveness or didn’t work at all.During a very bad bout of insomnia, I was rather desperate and even tried the Trazodone my doctor recommended which didn’t work all that well and left me groggy and light-headed in the morning.I had taken small doses of melatonin in the past but, this too, had stopped working. Amazingly, these Olly Extra Strength Gummies are a game-changer for me! The herbal combo, with the higher dose of melatonin and the L-Theanine, finally broke the cycle I’ve been dealing with for months.*I do chew the 2 gummies along with about 400 mgs of magnesium glycinate which also has a very relaxing effect. If you haven’t used this supplement before, best to start with a lower dose to see how you react. This is not a laxative form of magnesium so that shouldn’t be a issue.*I take this combo about 20 minutes before bedtime and I make sure to turn the lights very low since melatonin effectiveness diminishes with strong light exposure.*Since these gummies have some sugar content, I chew them and then do my teeth-cleaning regiment afterward.*I don’t expect this potency to last forever for me but if/when the effectiveness weakens, I may experiment by adding more chamomile or some other benign herb to jumpstart things again.

I yummy tasting melatonin, Gummies that actually work I take two before bed occasionally and start workings in about an hour. I definitely noticed myself getting sleepy and overall had a good night sleep

Some of the melatonin products from other brands don't seem to work, makes me wonder if they really have melatonin in them. Expensive when taking regularly as have to take 2 to get a dose. Tastes good though, gummy format.
