They fit true to size. They do need a bit of breaking in at first. I love how stylish they look, and the best part is they can be styled with so many different outfits. These shoes are amazingly beautiful but not very comfortable. For the value quality is super but the heel was really high and straps rub around the ankle

BEWARE!!! As advertised, the shoe has a 3.1" heel: "This classic 3.1" pump are crafted with a feminine pointed toe, designed with T-strap." However, not counting the lift, the heel is 4" so the item description is misleading. In addition, you pay $12.92 postage to receive the item with the guarantee that return shipping is free. Unfortunately, I cannot wear 4" heels, could not even try them on, and needed to return the merchandise. Instead of sending a return label I was sent a postage due label with an unrecognizable return address and a note that if the customer cannot use the carrier provided, one could use their own choice of character. Sadly, there is no carrier designated, and the entire purchase goes against the quality transaction normally received from Bolo or expected when the item was purchased.

Ooooh I LIKE these. They are true to size and great quality. Not too much cushion in the toes, but I added an insert. Doesn’t squeeze my toes and I don’t slide down because of the ankle strap. Yes it’s tall! But it’s not a typical stiletto. These have a chunky heel which I really like. Love these.
