Mine came in 2 separate orders and the seller did not specify that or even contact me to let me know. I was opening my suite and needed it and didn’t have all the parts. The seller took days to respond, so initially I was upset with my purchase because I didn’t have all the parts to put it together. Customer service could be better and instructions as well! Man when I tell you this chair took me and my friend 3 times to get the head and food power right because the directions are all visual and not the best! Things look one way then on the next page look another. But the final result is amazing and clients say it’s very comfortable so happy with my investment.

Terrible product. Multiple parts broke under light use within a couple months. We used this very gently at our medspa. Within the first six months: Motor makes sound but chair does not move. Not an easy DIY fix. The leg support is also broken and we have been propping it up with a mayo stand because it falls down and there isn't a way to put it back on tracks. It took forever to put together in the first place as well. We reached out for support and they offered to send a new motor, even though the issue isn't the motor- we made it clear this motor still works, it just isn't connected to the chair!

I got this to perform facials and steam pedicures. I’m 5’3 and the height is perfect for me! It also feels really sturdy and is comfy for my clients. Took about 2 hours to put together by myself. The instructions could be better but as long as your really paying attention to the pictures it’s not too bad.

Instructions could be more detailed , you think it is smooth sailing ⛵️ until u realize the base is upside down, then halfway realize no it was on right 1st time ... those last 4 screws made us crazy .... as they would go into frame but not that last cushion. We were "screwed" ....but yes after ab 2 hours we got it done . It's nice quality, works great and in the end it was worth the struggle. With more detailed instructions it could be easier to assemble

The media could not be loaded. Put this together with my brother in around 2hours, the instructions were a 6/10 in clarity really because the pieces should’ve been labeled instead of trying to “figure it out” according to the pictures. Nonetheless the chair came out well & it works well so far especially for the price I paid for it. I will do a follow up on the chair after using it several times. Happy about the purchase so far!

The chair itself is okay and feels up to par with quality. HOWEVER…Similar to other reviews, this order came in 3 boxes. 2 came super fast and then was labeled “delivered.” The last came roughly 3ish days later, again, after the status of the order was labeled “delivered.” I messaged the seller attempting to get confirmation that I was actually getting the missing parts, which got no reply. At least I got them, cool.The boxes of the parts came with punctures and looked beat up, so I had a feeling they were not handled/stored with care. I was right.There were scuff marks on the metal of one of the parts, but it shouldn’t have affected the usage of the chair, so I wasn’t complaining.When I continued assembling, I noticed the part labeled “H” was bent so bad when assembling that I could not put the piece that supports the chair itself on top because the holes for the bolts did not line up in the slightest bit.I am extremely saddened because I intended on spending well over 500 dollars on a chair to increase the satisfaction on my clients, but instead, I got a chair that I cannot use at all.My advice is, PURCHASE WITH CAUTION. This product has so much potential, and if you are luckily shipped an undamaged product, that’s great! I am here to warn you that purchasing this product is a gamble. I don’t make reviews often, but this product is WAY too pricey to be this shifty on quality. Beware!!!!

This is a very sturdy and good quality chair. I ordered it for my wife's waxing salon; Minaya Waxing Studio in Allen, TX and this thing is more than what i expectedThe only issues are;There is no "Home" button, that would return the back, footrest etc. to default position.Assembly instructions are a bit misleading and NOT so clear

Would leave a zero if possible. Chair was beautiful and worked well until a hinge broke in less than a year. Chair is 100% unusable now & can’t be repaired. Seller was quick to reply but unable to offer a replacement hinge or chair back, just $70 credit for this defective product. Waste of money and time.
