While I am unclear where this was made, it is surprisingly ok blendability for a palette. The glitter is a NO.

Good pigment, blends well.Lasts without creasing if primer is used. Glitters require glitter glue, still a mess to remove. Compares to morphe shadows

I missed it on this palette when Ccolor went out of business but was glad to find it here. It’s a great looking dupe.. if you know then you know. Swatches were pigmented.

How did these people NOT get sued by Tati Westbrook. This isn’t a dupe, it’s a rip off.
5.0 out of 5 stars Way better than I expected. Impressive pigmentation
The media could not be loaded. This is a dupe for a discontinued palette from a no longer existing brand whose name started with T.B. I was surprised that this palette was way better than I expected. The colors are very pigmented. The first row is all matte, second row has matte with goldish micro glitter, which mostly blends away, so technically you get two essentially identical matte rows. Third row is metallic and satin finish. The magenta color is satin, the other colors are metallic and modestly reflective. The last row is glitter in a primer base. The glitter goes on fully opaque if you apply with your finger and after a few minutes it sets completely, however, if you apply too much there will be fallout, so better use a sticky glitter glue base on the eyelid. The fallout happens if the glitter is multi layered, so better apply a little bit at a time. The light nude glitter is actually stunning, it has multicolored holochrome-like sparkles, very pretty. See swatches and video. All my swatches are done in one swipe only, no double layers. See that pigmentation is excellent. You may notice a little color underneath the glitter that's because my fingers were a bit grimy from the eyeshadow, but the glitter has no color base.Blending takes a bit of work, but it's not hard to achieve a nice diffused look. I use cheap synthetic brushes and everything works well together. The formula of mattes is a bit dry, but you're not paying Natasha Denona or Tom Ford prices for this palette, so curb your expectations. Overall it's a very nice palette for the price.

I will start with saying the palette was packaged very nice. My wife liked that the colors were basically coordinated (matte, shimmer, metallic, and glitter) so she could use the shimmer and glitter together etc.. Upon trying them on her arm they seemed to seriously lack in pigmentation but one of the shimmers she thought was really pretty in the palette and decided to try it on regardless and was surprised at how more pigmented it looked on her eye compared to the swatch on her arm. This wasn't the case with all the colors but definitely a some like the reddish shimmer, and orange shimmer both were drastically more pigmented on the eyes than the arm. The black matte and shimmer are both good for blending into the crease. The glitters as a whole were pretty but a nightmare to deal with. They are very loose and get everywhere, even when everything else comes off super easily with cleaner the glitter just seems to spread. The neutrals are great for a light makeup look. Overall, this is a good palette, and the colors are nice but do not think that they are anywhere near as pigmented as they look in the description.
