I’ve used this product to wash my animals. So gentle it won’t burn their eyes. The fancy dog shampoos burn eyes. I can tell as I’ve tried them on myself. Yet with this I can rinse my hair with open eyes and it will not burn. The price is right too for this refill. I’m happy with this product

I have been trying to reduce plastic purchase and use wherever possible. Congratulations to J&J for this low plastic option to refill existing shampoo containers. Have been using this product for decades due to skin sensitivities and will continue to purchase this refill in the carton form.

I clean my hands very often and can't afford to have cracked skin. I don't use it as a shampoo, but love the pH balance and mild detergent for hand cleaning. I wish there is no scented on this product though.

Not much to say given that most people know what Johnson's baby shampoo is like! I'm fine with buying off-brand versions of it, but in this case, because it's a large container, the name brand was a very fair price.I'd say that I appreciate avoiding plastic, and I imagine that this must be better than buying little bottles of it, but often these tetrapaks or whatever they're called are not recyclable, so who knows.I buy baby shampoo to bathe my dogs heads/faces. I still try to keep it out of their eyes, but want to play it safe.

I was so happy to find our faithful baby shampoo in a refill carton. I have an older child on the autism spectrum and we still use baby shampoo because his eyes are very sensitive to shampoo and he is having trouble learning not to let it get in his eyes. We also dilute it as a face wash for him because it is gentle on the eyes. Now we can do that without buying endless plastic bottles.I did find it a bit difficult to open the old bottle of shampoo to refill it. My DH has very strong hands and I might get him to do that next time. Otherwise, I might consider using a different container other than one that started with this same product in it in the future. Because it would come out too fast, it would not be suitable to just use this carton; it is for refilling.I might consider a bottle that was not plastic, but glass is dicy in the shower for an adult and I personally just wouldn't do it for a child. Metal bottle are starting to be a thing, but plastic is still the industry leader for sure. Before switching I will try the original product bottle again, with the husband.
