Teen has been using this for about 3 weeks and sees a noticeable improvement. Had previously been using another product (bar soap) with the same amount of s. acid that this product has and it did not seem to help, so it must be the addition of the other ingredients in this cleanser that are making the difference...just my hypothesis. Teen had also used several other facial cleansers that were not specifically to treat acne and they were good cleansers for me, but did not help teen with acne. Reordering now and the teen is very pleased with the product and very thankful for the results! Thanks, Thayers!

I don't like how this cleanser doesn't suds up much, but I can live with it. I have used every cleanser and acne product under the sun but since I started using this with the blemish clearing balm, I have had maybe 3 zits. I started using them on Sept 26th & within one week, my face started clearing up. I got the other face wash, the PH Balance from Thayers, but it didn't work well for me, so I'm buying another bottle of this stuff. I cannot believe how great this is! I've used Differin & ProActive & other natural remedies, but nothing has worked this well thus consistently. I'm 38 & get zits on top of & under my skin around my chin. Not a ton at once, but sometimes 2 to 3 and they are gross and stick around for a while. I've found the real deal with this stuff. FINALLY!

Unfortunately, it does more harm to my skin than good and I missed the retuning window. I bake out more when use this cleanser. Also, packaging design is not great. Every time I open a cap product is just pouring down and cap always gets messy with the product. To avoid all of that yo need to store it by laying down or upside down..
