I do get the seltzer after taste and it also suppresses my hunger. I take it first thing in the morning and I have to force myself to eat two hours later and i’m good for the rest of the day.I used to only get 4-6 hours of sleep because I had trouble sleeping but since drinking this I have so much energy through the day that I may wear myself out through the day that by 9 I get sleepy and do not have trouble sleeping at all. I do wake up at 6 am happy when I used to feel sluggish all day not anymore. Also my skin is clearing up I have psoriasis and in the summer it gets so much worst but it actually cleared up with a week of drinking this. I’m barely on the second week but love it so much!!! It does make me burp a lot which is something new and pooping green but so many more pros than cons.Another thing from this order that was sketchy is where I assume was the expiration date seems to have been wiped off leaving a black/grey mark. So buy straight from Nature Sunshine next time for sure.
