As a woman, I was skeptical of this product. I usually use tampons, and I enjoyed the fact that this product has two sizes. It may be slightly uncomfortable, and tricky to remove. But for the price, it is worth a try! It comes with a small carry case, as well as a rubber container for used product.

I'm a first time cup user (41yo) and have had issues with pad irritation and tampons making my cramps almost unbearable. This is my first cup and the medium is what I'm currently using. Not sure if I'll need to use the smaller cup. It inserted fine and has to work to adjust it properly but after that I barley felt it.When I took it out the first time I had a mini panic attack because I couldn't get the seal to break. Now I know that good seal is a great things because I've had no leaks. Once I watched a video about how to use your pelvic muscles to help with removal everything was fine. I would recommend these for any first timers jumping on the cup wagon.

I bought this because I LOVE the flex discs so I thought I would try a reusable disk. This one sucks. (For me it just didn’t work) it’s too flimsy so I had a hard time getting it in. It also didn’t sit right so it leaked a ton.
