I like them. I do wash them by hand. Other people have complained about water leaking in through the tiny hole in the bottom where they blew the glass, so I'm careful not to submerge it in water or run water directly on the bottom. So far so good. One user complained about it dripping when he drank, but I guess my lips are configured differently, no dripping. They are the perfect size for a double cappuccino (double shot of espresso and 100 ml of milk (before foaming), first thing I do in the morning. They were packed very securely in foam (I wish we could invent a non-petroleum biodegradable foam).

I have had other double wall cups in various price points. These are as good as the others. Compared to the others I’ve had these stand a bit taller, but a tad narrower than previous purchases, but neither a negative or positive.Be aware that if you was h double wall cups in the dish washer eventually the seal on the bottom will unseal and condensation will get between the walls. This admonition reminds me that periodically I should try putting a drop of superglue on the seal to increase the life expectancy of these double wall cups.

They are made out of glass and feel thin, but then again, they are hand made, and it is glass, not ceramic. They are very comfortable and they work really well with espresso, the double walled glass keeps it hotter longer. Which is the same principal as a Yeti Cup, but using glass instead of Stainless steel. I have used them many times and I love these. They make the expresso look better and keeps it warmer longer as well. DO NOT PUT THESE IN THE DISK WASHER, ti will damage them. I give it 5 stars. If I dropped mine and broke them today, I'd order them again.
