Thickness is wonderful! Super comfortable and just the right amount of stretch. They seem to protect well against occasional leakage or drips. I’m not sure how much they would hold up with someone’s heavy menstrual situation without a pad though.CONS: they are mostly cotton so therefore they would shrink in a hot washer and dryer. It does suggest hand wash cold wash and line dry. I would prefer something that could be dried in the dryer without shrinking. They do wash up well in cold water and are fine after line drying as that’s the way I chose to do it and they turned out OK. Less expensive than some others I have seen since you get three for the price of one that I’ve seen other places.. They do run small so I got a size larger and they were fine.

I really was impressed with quality. I tried wearing them at night since that was when I had trouble making it to the bathroom them in time. They are wonderful. They are not to bulky. I found they were perfect under my jeans. Now I wear them all the time and don't feel like I might wet my pants. I have no skin irritation and the best part is I save money by not having to put wet ones in trash and buying new ones. Just put in washer and dryer, fold and put in dresser. Use as needed. Repeat.

I'm 65 years old. Weight 240 pounds. Height 5 feet 5 inches. Waist 46 inches. Hips 55 inches. Normally I would have ordered the XXL, but after reading their size chart I went with the XXXL. The first pair is perfect, the second pair is slightly too large, and the third pair is too large.The second pair falls half-way down with lots of walking. The third pair falls all the way down with minimal walking.I ordered these because I leak when I cough (with the slight cold I currently have I'm coughing a lot). I will definitely be ordering more but in the XXL size.They do a very good job of moisture retention overnight. I washed them in the washer and hung dried them the first time. I'm hoping they will shrink a little in the dryer... fingers crossed.

I want to start off by I love these! For me they are truly my favorite to wear! They are so comfortable to wear! I just tried to follow the instructions, I rinsed them out with cold water and then I stick them in the wash on a gentle cycle I wash them with cold water good detergent and I'll add some Lysol disinfect, and they get nicely clean and I have by accident a few times stuck in them in the dryer but it luckily didn't shrink them but mostly I hang them up to dry like I do my other delicate lady garments. I gave it five stars because for me with my experience, this brand actually holds up and is so comfortable I tried another brand I was not happy or pleased or empressed or satisfied in any way with that other one, but these I love them!! Save from my experience have been really good to me! After having my baby I'm still recovering and I knew I couldn't continue to wear the disposable ones they were starting to feel like wearing diapers and I didn't want to wear diapers as I tried to build my body back and recover. I've worn them for my period and they really do for me for my experience work and unfortunately not to be so personal I do not have light. So to find something that works for me I'm really happy and impressed! I wish they came more than three pairs but it comes with three pairs with three different colors, and I like the colors, I really do! But I do give a tip that don't wear them all day at least switch them out every two to three hours especially switch them out when you have an accident and I know some women think well aren't they made to wear all day no they're not. Think of them as comfortable panties but think of when you wear a pad you've got to switch them out at least every two to three hours. If you need to switch them out if you're at work and the restroom around lunch time and then you're good until you get home and then switch them out again is my advice it's the smart way to go and it really does help. It's just a tip, but it does help. I like how it's more absorbent than the other ones that are out there that they say that are exorbent these ones are. And still trying to get the baby weight off I feel like it holds and supports that which is really nice. For me these have given me more confidences to be able to go out and take care of things I need to take care of and go out and tackle the day that I have to go out and tackle. But to get to the point in long story short for me my experience these work given each person is different and maybe each experiences going to be different but I like them and I can only speak for myself from my experience and I had a really good experience with these. I really truly love these and for me they really truly are my favorite to wear, so I don't have to wear what feels like a diaper and be able to wear nice comfortable but still nice looking panties, I really like that! For me on this purchase I'm really happy with my purchase! Thank you!

Really like the stretch in these. They are extremely comfortable. They wash nicely in cold water. I hang to dry. I use these for small leaks so I’m not sure about how absorbent they are. They are less expensive than some other brands so I think they are a good purchase for the money. I wear 3x.

Molasus underwear is a lifesaver! More fitting and comfortable than the bulky disposables, gives you all the support needed, and not tight around your thighs. I have ordered Molasus underwear before and they hold up to washing, and drying. I will definitely buy again!

The material for the underwear is very thick, especially wearing it during the summer months. It feels like I'm wearing an old type sanitary napkin, very awkward and uncomfortable. I do sweat a lot while working/working out and thought they were helpful.

I am 78, have had 3 bladder surgeries over the years, the last being a Sling Procedure...but at that time, I was over 253 lbs! I since had bariatric surgery and lost 100 lbs. I said all that to say that the surgery though it went very well until I lost all that weight which left me with a stretched tendon or ligament--whatever they used--and now I'm back to square one. I got so tired of buying those "paper panties" as I call them that I started looking for something more durable and comfortable and reliable at night. They are a big help. Sometimes I leak if I don't wake up in time but that is minimal.Overall, I'd say these are top-notched. I weigh 170 lbs and bought an XL which fit perfect. They are very comfortable. On a side note which I think is comical, my one cat comes in and meows in my face to wake me up and low and behold it's when I have to "go"!! I don't really need anything during the day, but I wear these only at night and haven't had a leak yet, but I had leaks with the paper ones. I guess these give me more confidence?
