This is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. This is a compact, quiet, and high quality product with easy instructions and great results. No leaks, no hassle and no mess. Great value for the price! Flossing has forever changed and my gums feel and look great.

Removes plaque, food, also small seasonings that gets under the gum 100%. The Motor only lasted for (3) months, just as some other reviewers had stated. I registered the product as soon as I received the product. So when the motor stopped working while away. I went back on Bolo to reach out for help and the (Steps) to get to the correct area was affective. The Warranty worked perfectly; as they were able to send me a (New) one within (7) days.

The media could not be loaded. Great purchase! I replaced my water pik with this Philips Sonicare cordless power flosser 3000. I love it so much more than my old one. It’s powerful enough to get teeth cleaned without hurting gums. Charge stays for almost 2 weeks for me. When I do need to charge it, it only takes a couple hours. Number one reason I bought it was because the water holder screws open with full access to clean it. Water buildup can be cleaned easily and quickly. Wish I would have bought this months ago!

Described well, works as advertised. Could be a little messy , so I choose to use in the shower. With my use I get one cleaning out of a fill . Feel the price could be lower. Also folks ,register on website you’ll get the 2 years plus another 6Months added to the warranty. Good deal.

My dentist recommended getting a waterpik for cleaning my gums; I saw this one and thought it might be more effective at that job. It's not. It has a poor design, especially for the price, and it's a genuine pain in the neck to use.First, the water reservoir doesn't hold enough water to actually get through a complete cleaning (unless you're missing a lot of teeth). You'll be refilling it at least once during a cleaning, which means you have to turn it off, unhook the reservoir, fill it, and resume.Second, it's incredibly messy; when you turn it on you expect water to shoot out of the cleaning head (naturally), but it also shoots out of a hole in the back of the unit, spraying your hand, the wall, or whatever else gets in the way. I've learned to position a finger over the hole so that most of the water doesn't escape, but there doesn't seem to be a way to stop the leaks. I'm not sure why it's dong this, but it's aggravating.Third, the stream of water really isn't strong enough to do much flossing, possibly because half of it is flowing out the back of the unit and reducing the water pressure. Even the "deep clean" setting is too weak.Fourth, the unit is thick and a little heavy, not a great idea for smaller hands, and the position of the controls on the handle make it difficult to actually see the settings when you're trying to use it. You're supposed to start it up with the nozzle facing the sink, then apply it to your mouth, which guarantees spraying water over something. I've learned to start with the nozzle in my mouth to keep things neat.Fifth, it comes with two different cleaning heads, and neither one really seems to do a great job. You're supposed to store the other head inside the reservoir--there's a little hole where it fits--but the slightest bump dislodges it so it sinks to the bottom of the reservoir.Sixth, it isn't quiet at all--I have a Sonicare electric toothbrush that's been criticized in reviews for being too noisy, and this thing is at least twice as loud.Seventh, it doesn't come with any kind of a charging stand, but instead requires that you pull up a rubber cover and insert the specialized charging cable into the device.I really can't recommend it. If you need a water-streaming device to clean your gums, look elsewhere.

This is really a first rate product. I had used a Water Pik water flosser before, but this is a far superior product. It's easier to fill and empty the water reservoir, easier to clean, and has greater variability in its settings. It's also rechargeable, so it eliminates battery changes, and water leakage into the battery compartment.

It’s pretty easy to fill and use this water flosser. I will say, for some it may be too powerful, even the low setting is fairly strong.I wish the power button was in a different spot, easy to accidentally power it on.Overall it does the job well, drains ok so hopefully after having it a while it doesn’t get moldy.
Would write a love letter to her if I could
I find myself just using the water flosser after meals when 30 minutes hasn't yet passed and what people say is true. It leaves your mouth feeling so much cleaner when you incorporate it into your routine. Just tongue scrub/regular floss/brush/mouth wash doesn't feel enough anymore. Releases any food particles that got missed with regular flossing and my mouth has never been cleaner I'm sure. I take it traveling with me because I can't be without it. Pretty colour too. I've even used it with mouth wash inside to shoot it straight between my teeth into the gums and that was also a game changer. Will be incorporating that little practice more often too. Teeth definitely seem whiter since started using this baby. Charge lasts forever or at least much longer than my toothbrush charge.
Charging challenges, Not good value for money
The product was good, but the packaging came soaked. Since the inside wasn’t really damaged and the product was new, I accepted.Philips has changed the charging port to a more proprietary charging port like the Philips chargers ( as available in Dubai with the C charging port) which is inconvenient as I’ve discarded the charging wire assuming it is a C port! My fault but while most are moving towards the universal C port ( including Apple), Philips wants to move away! Else the product is good, but not really value for money with cheaper, equally good variants available.
Great product but missing Travel Bag
Good value for the product. Came in sealed and new with charge and plug but was disappointed for the Travel Case as per description and it was NOT FOUND in the box.Part of choosing this 3000 model than 2000 was also for the bag that I can put inside when I travel.
Perfect except for refilling the water
Amazing and perfect machine.I gave it 4 stars because of the refilling water tank everytime.Otherwise its perfect.
Dedicated Changer
Setting up a dedicated charger is a downside, meaning you need to carry an extra charging cable when traveling.
