Ignore the haters, this is a great little update for G305 fans.* Shape is king and while the shape is not exactly a G305, it's still very good and a good fit for small to medium hand gamers. It should have been rounded more in the back, that's what makes G305 still the best.* Build quality is good, the scroll wheel is much better than all of Logitech's previous mice, and while it does NOT have infinite scroll, it's very very smooth, much smoother than GPX and feels like my Fantech Aria XD7's scroll wheel (no creaking and no noise!!! hard to find a scroll wheel this quiet).I really like that Logitech released this instead of rehashing the same stuff all the time, although I still wait for the day we do get a G305 refresh too. I modded it to lower the weight with a single AAA and some aluminum foil. I bought the matte black one, and while I don't care for how big the negative space gap is, I think the mouse looks great despite what critics say. One thing I would knock this mouse for is the stock feets really suck. I bought some after market PTFE skates to fit the little round puck on the bottom. With the weight and skates mods I made, the mouse is pretty great and it is now my new main.Fingers crossed that Logitech stills gives us a G305 refresh someday!

I prefer AA battery mice over the rechargable cells, as they tend to have a longer lifespan and better service life. This mouse is slightly heavier than my Superlight Pro X, but not by much! The extra 300g helps ground the mouse better, which is great for my own personal preference. I was astonished by it's response time and quickness to react to my sudden movements. Helping people fight bosses in Elden Ring or selecting that hidden item in Baldur's Gate 3 is going to be a breeze with this thing.Great product, even without the silly rechargable mouse pad feature.

The good:Surprisingly, after having owned the G Pro X Superlight and the G502X, I can honestly say this significantly cheaper mouse performs just as well. For me and my hand size (medium gloves typically), it performs even better, because the slightly smaller shape is perfect for a claw-grip (and yet doesn't require it), which results in quicker and more precise target acquisition when playing World of Warcraft or Back 4 Blood. The icing on the cake is having a 300h battery life. I know it's powered by a AA, and some might consider that inconvenient, but honestly I don't care. Plus, you can always just use rechargeable batteries.The bad:The mouse does have a somewhat slippery feel, especially when you lift the mouse briefly to scoop up some real estate on the mouse pad, but this was easily rectified with the included attachable texture/grip pads, which feel quite nice by the way. I would say this is more of a constructive criticism than anything, and absolutely not a requirement, but it would be nice if future iterations of this mouse were built with a more grippy surface texture instead of requiring the stick-ons.The ugly: This is the only Logitech product I've owned that doesn't show up in G Hub. Is that by design, or is it a bug? Again, given the surprisingly good overall performance of the mouse, this isn't a deal breaker for me, but I imagine not being able to tweak the 5 pre-configured dpi settings (you can cycle through with the single small button behind the scroll wheel) could be an issue for others. That being said, the 5 built-in settings are sufficient for me.Overall: Fantastic high performance mouse for the money. Wish it worked with G Hub. Will update review when G Hub device recognition occurs. 5 Stars as soon as that happens.

I had a G703 that was a great mouse but the battery life was less than a week. Then went to a G603 for the battery life but it was heavy even with one battery installed.This is the best of both worlds AND comes with precut grip tape. YES!

Worth the price point. Doesn't work well with logi+ options for some reason but great quality as would be expected with logitech
