Everyone that comes to my house asks to use this lol. Definitely worth the money. We have been using for five months and no complaints. Even a five min quick shower and my towel still has some heat to it. I’m pretty sure description states that it fits four large towels. It doesn’t. It fits two. Now I haven’t tried smooshing them but I don’t think it would work. Two is what fits best ! Love this product, after my brother and mom left they purchased one for their house as well.

Perfect for early morning showers. I throw my towel in to be warm when I get out! Not too hot, ever. Super easy to use and it is great quality. Looks very fancy in my bathroom as well. The guest love it.

EVERYONE NEEDS A TOWEL WARMER! This is the best gift I have ever gotten and I give it as gifts now. It is so easy to use and does not get your towel too hot. It gets it perfectly warm. I also think these look nice in your bathroom because they are so sleek. I also warm up my robe and pajamas before bed. I use this all year long. It is made durable but does not weigh too much. It will not fall over but it’s not hard to move either.

Best towel warmer. The towels stay soft and warm. It’s lightweight and we can move it from our bathroom to our outside spa in the winters. It’s a perfect size, it fits 2 big towels or more smaller ones. You just plug it in and go, so easy to install.

CHeap, but you get what you pay for. Otherwise it is inadequate, heating towels only slightly, and stupidly designed. Who heats towels 1 hour, let alone 2 or 4?The best thing about this was the price. But the heat is barely warm enough. Our old unit (different maker) made the towels much warmer, but died after 8 years of nightly use. Neither this one nor the old on gave a ghoice of temperature control, so I can't understand why Bolo wanted us to rate that aspect. The time control on this one is just plain silly. It gives thoices of a half hour (default), or one, two, or four hours. The default can either be switched on (what for?) or the 30-minute light comes on at 25 minutes. Our old unit was sensible at 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes. All we ever used was 15 minutes. Who heats towels for four hours? Also, you could turn the old one off anytime by pressing the power button. This one's manual says you can do the same, but you cannot. You must unplug it in order to turn it off. Living in New England, having warmed towels in wintertime is a pleasure. This inexpensive product does the job, but only barely. I'd give a grade of "C". Perhaps the real problem is the too high price of similar units.It arrived with four free loofahs packaged as a gift, which was nice. The gift card explained that there was a compartment in the lid for aromatherapy wafers. But how do you get them and what do they cost? We really don't care. The lid also had ridiculous spring-loaded tabs for a child protection lock. That lock is so simple, requiring about a 1-inch or less twist of the lid that if it works against your child you'd be well advised to have the kid evaluated.
