I ordered this sock aid kit to help me during recovery from a hip replacement. The sock aid is so easy and quick to get socks on by yourself without aid from another person. The sock remover tool works equally as easy and quick for removing your socks. I store both items right near my bed so I can easily dress/undress myself while recovering. I highly recommend these sock aids for anyone looking for a means to stay independent.

Now that I'm in my late 70s the floor has gotten farther away, just like my feet. I stopped wearing socks because they were too hard to put on or take off. These work like magic. I can wear socks and my feet are warm in the winter again. Just as easy as the video showes.

I’m currently waiting for my surgery date to replace my right hip and getting a sock on my right foot is painful and almost impossible. This makes it easy to accomplish that task now and I know it will be essential after surgery. Highly recommended.

Grandpa was so appreciative of this! It helps him to be more independent as he is in a nursing home and doesn’t always have someone there to help him with his socks and shoes! Very durable!

These two devices help some with stocking and desocking after leg (in my case, hip) surgery. The desocker does the easy part well… pushing a compression stocking down the leg as far as the ankle… but it didn’t take the sock over the heel easily at all. The socker was difficult to stretch a compression sock over and seemed almost too narrow to get my size 10 foot into. Still, it was helpful in getting a compression sock securely onto my foot, although it didn’t always pull it high enough to reach in the first few days.
