This peanut flour baking blend is phenomenal. I would buy it by the case if it were available. It has an amazing taste and smells fantastic! The peanut flour also has amazing health benefits due to the fiber and protein content. I made peanut butter cookies today and they are the best that I have ever had. I followed the directions on the bag and added 1/4 cup of crunchy peanut butter. I won't bake with anything else from now on. I am so happy with this product!!

I'm an avid baker, but this stuff is just OK. I followed the recipe for their peanut butter chocolate chip cookies (on the bag). The batter was so dry and difficult to work with. They turned out OK, but they weren't the greatest...I really think this product could be a winner with the right recipes.

Been eating healthier by increasing protein and decreasing carbs. Always keeping an eye out for a healthy alternative flour especially with baking for the holidays. Came across this flour alternative on Bolo. Love the texture. Matches a 1:1 substitute with flour in recipes. Followed the recipe on the back of the bag to make some delicious peanut butter chocolate chip cookies that my family loved! Made great gifts for others too! I swapped out healthy sugar and chocolate chip substitutes like erythritol and monk fruit in the recipe. Yum! A great find for those looking for gluten free too!

This works well - it's peanut flour, so only has buckwheat flour, oat fiber, xanthum gum and, well, peanuts! No other ingredients, no additives, etc. (On the back is even a recipe for gluten-free chocolate chip cookies. ) Am following a "no additives" eating plan, so this gives me additional items to make such as peanut butter. No surprises, am just glad to have a good source for it an at what I consider to be a good price. Will keep ordering multiples of this.
