I make hemp protein shakes for breakfast. This powder adds some natural fiber to my diet and no, it does not all dissolve. I shake between sips to keep it evenly distributed. I mix with cocao, cinnamon, spirulina, MCT oil powder and stevia and a little salt in my shaker bottle with water and crushed ice.

So I don't review supplements based on those claims, and instead rate them based on ingredients, quality, value, and usage.Overall: 4.5 starsThis protein powder is rich in protein, fiber, and omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids, along with other important vitamins. It also has the benefit of not giving me gas like soy protein does. You do NOT want to be around me if I mistakenly consume soy protein! I’ll upgrade this to 5 stars if I’m able to validate that they use a high quality manufacturing process.Individual Ratings:INGREDIENTS: 5 stars (excellent)Just the cold-processed protein powder. No fillers or preservatives.QUALITY: 3 stars (average)I wasn’t able to determine much about their manufacturing process other than the ingredient is vegan and non-GMO, and is sourced and manufactured in the US. This is my 3rd order of this hemp protein. It easy on my stomach and digest very well. I use it daily as my protein shake with oat milk and fruits. I will continue to order this hemp protein in the future.

After a couple of weeks of using the product I noticed more energy. I recently started working out and trying too lose weight again. I have been using meal replacement shakes for lunch. This was a good switch up. Let me change my shakes around with getting some protein.
