5.0 out of 5 stars VERY Comfortable and well made. Order the one size ABOVE your american shoe size.

In advance of a cruise to rainy British Isles I wanted comfortable walking shoes that were "waterproof". I did a lot of seaching reading reviews - mostly by folks who work in restaurants. (I do not). Anyway all these types of shoes are made in China. So the actual "size" is in European size. I wear a Mens size 13 which equals ABOUT a size 47. I purchased a pair by another company that said it was a 13 and when I got my toes were literally at the front end. They are returnable so I did return for immediate refund. I would order the next size byt "13 was the largest). Then I saw these which were a bit pricier but they had a "size 14" Si I ordered. When they came I realized when trying to put them on that, unlike most shoes, the tongue is not loose. It is sewn in on both sides. That mean I have to loosen the top few laces to put on. Not a dealbreaker, just a surprise. I wore around the house for a few days and they were really comfortavble. Then I decided I'd keep them and took on vacation where I walked a lot. I was surprised that the support they gave me was really good. I also got caught in the rain and proved they are really waterproof.! So I'm now ordering a second pair. The soles are slipproof. And if I get 6-12 months use nearly every day I'll have done well. I've actually never tried Sketchers (the "don't bend down" shoes but I actually sit down when putting on shoes so I don't understand the "gimmick".So my suggestion is to order these one size larger than your American shoe size and try around the house. If you feel they are to long, then return and try your normal size. Returns are free and easy.
5.0 out of 5 stars Yes
They're just a little bit heavier than what I thought but that's no big deal. I can tell you that for a fact that they are waterproof as long as you're not going to be stopping your foot in a 5 gallon bucket of water like a damn idiot. I dress a little sharper than most people in the industry and I had a lot of people saying wow those are cool shoes. So just because if there was a little bit heavier than what I thought was not to take away anything.
4.0 out of 5 stars Practical Shoes for Work
I bought these shoes for my job as a busboy and for the cushioning these shoes were worth the money.WearabilityThese shoes are appropriate for places like restaurants or grills where it's a requirement to wear them. While they don't look bad, they would stand out in public compared to the everyday shoe, so I definitely wouldn't wear it for everyday usage.DurabilityThese shoes seem to be pretty durable so far but more time is needed.Ease of cleaningMy job requires me to go back into the kitchen and to step over piles of food, so these shoes are filthy when I am done working. I honestly don't bother cleaning them because I know that they are just going to get dirty again the next day, but they do seem to hold onto grease easily because they are non-slip so keep that in mind.Overall, these shoes were worth it for my usage in particular but probably wouldn't be for somebody using it for everyday usage. If you don't mind limiting, its usage for work I would recommend getting these.
5.0 out of 5 stars Very good shoes for kitchen
I bought these non slip sneakers because I work in a kitchen and have to stand on my feet all day plus the floor is mostly wet which can create occupational hazards. These speakers are very comfortable, great looking and prevents skids or slides whenever I am walking in wet or slippery areas.
3.0 out of 5 stars I can only wear these for a short time before discomfort starts to creep in...
I really liked these shoes for about the first month. After I got them broken in, the right shoe seemed to have a very subtle raised area on the sole directly under the ball of my foot. I tried different insoles, but I would eventually start feeling that "lump" after a while. It probably wouldn't be so apparent if these weren't my work shoes that I wear every day for 12 hours, walking up to 3 miles/day. I eventually replaced them with a different brand boot that is much more comfortable on those long days at work. I now wear these shoes when I cut the grass, since that doesn't take more than an hour. My "princess and the pea" foot doesn't start feeling any discomfort until I've had them on for a couple hours. Everything else seemed to work as advertised as far as the light weight, non-slip, and waterproof claims. I would guess my shoe had a slight manufacturing flaw, like an extra fold in a piece of fabric that caused the raised area. Those small details start to matter when you have to wear them for an extended amount of time.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great pair of shoes for wearing in a restaurant kitchen
This is a great pair of shoes for work . They are very comfortable and fit nicely. They are very lightweight and flexible also easy to put on I enjoy them so much that I bought a second pair of them in a different color for my personal use .
5.0 out of 5 stars Roofing
If you’re looking for super grippy shoes for roofing/shingles I 100% recommend these shoes. Very cheap compared to Danner work boots that don’t have much grip. Size wise is true to size for me at least and pretty lightweight.

Great Value for money.
Very comfortable. It claims its waterproof. But it still gets water inside it. But on the whole, it is a great shoe and great value for money.
