I like pre-workout supplements that don't have caffeine because I try to keep my caffeine intake on the low. This "pump" pre-workout is good for blood flow when lifting or exercising. It's not something like an energy drink that gets you hyper and jittery. Instead, it sort of works in the background helping your blood flow better to get better lifts. It's not what I'd call a game changer, but it's a good supplement that helps me make gains in the weight room without the caffeine or extra junk.

Took primal pump for three very different activities. I saw an “orders of magnitude” improvement in my performance. First, as part of the CrossFit workout “Limestone” I clocked my fastest mile on a hilly course, and finished the workout in 16:07. My previous records were 17:15 and 17:04. It’s possible that my fitness level improved but I also felt a big difference with primal pump especially on the run. The second workout I tired primal pump with was 3 rounds of 500M row, 12 deadlifts at 160, 12 box jumps. Clocked that one in at 11:39 also another PR. The third activity was soccer. Playing two 60 minute games back to back without being subbed off being the RM. By far the best bioprine + beet juice supplement out I’ve tried

Big fan of primal pump. I have a rotating work schedule that requires me to lift early mornings before work, or later in the evenings on some days. I took 3 capsules in the morning on an empty stomach before working out and felt energized throughout my whole lift. After a week of using it in the mornings, I took it before a post-work lifting session and it picked my energy levels back up so I could crush the lift. On my non-lifting days, I usually take it before some active recovery (exercise bike/walking) and it keeps me going.Definitely going to keep this in my daily rotation! Hoping they come out with more products.

It’s now a non-negotiable part of my morning routine & l take it with my morning coffee!I was blown away by the strength of this stuff when I completed two back-to-back Barry's classes. Usually i'm dead after just one class but Primal Pump gave me the endurance and stamina I needed to complete both intense sessions effortlessly.It was also a great pick-me-up at Sunset Music Festival! I felt like I could rave for days lol
