Overall I really like this product. There were a few small issues at first, however they were addressed with great customer service although in reality they seem to have been issues relating to shipping/handling. Let me start by saying I did buy four of these and they come as two packs, so two orders of two each scalp massagers. Both boxes containing the massagers arrived mangled. The product packaging is minimal and therefore requires appropriate packaging for shipping. One of the massager handles was cracked upon arrival. I suspect this may have happened during shipment due to being packaged in only a bubble envelope for shipment. The product packaging had been discarded by the time I noticed and therfore I didn't attempt a return, but the manufacturer saw my initial review and responded Immediately with a replacement product.The product itself is really good and I really do like these a lot They are comfortable in your hand and easy to use. Feels great on the scalp and I use for both shampoo and conditioning. In my opinion my hair feels differently since begining to use these, actually softer and less coarse. This is a great product coupled with a company who cares about quality and their customers. 5+ ⭐️s

The media could not be loaded. I ordered 2 for my showers. Used today and it was relaxing when using on my scalp. The rubber tips are soft and not scratchy and it easily cleaned my hair. Very easy to use. Great for massaging your scalp and other reasons!

The scalp massager part is great! It's easily taken apart for cleaning and drying, and I use it to massage hair oil into my scalp, as well as shampoo my hair.I did accidentally drop it and the handle broke, it's still holdable.

I have purchased a few different scalp scrubbers but these by far are the best. They have smaller spikes and more of them which makes it easier to scrub my scalp. I have very thick curly hair and this really gets my scalp scrubbed and clean. My daughter loves it also and asks me to wash her hair with them all the time. My husband even uses them and he’s bald lol highly recommend for anyone looking for a great little scrubber to help clean your hair and scalp!

I have tried a couple of these and they were more rough than I prefer. These are firm enough to get to my scalp through the hair, but soft enough that they didn’t scratch at my scalp. My hair didn’t get all tangled in them either. May hair feels like it has more volume because the build up at my scalp is gone. They also rinse well!

I bought this set when the last one I bought broke on me after only a few washes (the original was a different brand). I gave one of these to my teenage daughter while I use the other one. We've had them for a few months now, use them every time we wash our hair, and they're still in good shape. I also love how they fit well in my hand with the way the finger indentations are made.

I saw something similar to this on one of those "best gadgets for your home" on fb. I like looking at those and actually laughed when I saw this. Then I got to thinking...my dog has a brush similar to this. It is the only brush I can use on her coat...it removes dander and hair and she loves it. So I thought why not try it. I am actually amazed to say it really works. I always shampoo my hair twice and I have hard water, and no amount of scrubbing with my fingers ever really makes my hair feel clean. After two applications of shampoo, and using this scrubber for each, I could actually feel a difference in how my scalp feels. Living in Alberta, Canada our winters are very dry. I also used this to gently rub in my conditioner. I was able to run a comb through better then I could before, and for once when I dry my hair it FEELS CLEAN. I have to say I was skeptical, but love this product and getting two was a deal. I would order again. It does not hurt your scalp either as the silicone is soft, but it does work. Good product.
