Good value for the money. Good quality for an Bolo product. Very effective. Do not recommend chewing them to test the taste cause its powder. You could mix them with other things if you broke open the capsules and poured out the powder but that seems like a lot of work. Also, and very super important. Its pronounced kree-ah-tin in formal setting. Kree-uh-tin is the gym bro pronunciation.

I'm not entirely sure what the effect of these is supposed to be. So I guess I'm saying - I guess it works? I don't want to give 4 stars simply because I didn't research it enough. I bought this not because 8 work out all the time - though my job can be very physical and I use it often as a workout substitute, but because there's are supposed to be cerebral benefits of creatine.

THey are what they are, but the capsules are super large and hard to swallow and even after you have swallowed them, you can fell them inside your throat going down.
