This stuff really works! There’s no lidocaine in it but you’d never know it! It almost instantly takes away the pain! The only thing is the scent or odor is very strong and when I use it I feel like anyone who’s near me can smell it. And not a pleasant odor. So I will only use it when I’m at home.

OMG, game changer!! Finally some relief. I will recommend only using a small amount, many reviews complained of burning, it’s possible they used too much. I found relief using a small dab.

This worked for me better than Preparation H and better than the medicine my doctor prescribed. It does have a strong smell, though, which could be off-putting for someone who is sensitive to smells. I didn't notice it after I had applied it, just when I opened the tube and for a few seconds afterwards.

Works great; small tube but it doesn’t take much. Works better than other products from drugstore. Also it has 5 applicators included which I thought was good so you don’t have to wash & reuse same one.

I didn’t notice any difference honestly. It does have the cooling effect and numbing sensation but healing power I didn’t see any of that.
