How to choose the speaker cabinet port tubes at suitable size?
1.Set the cross-sectional area of the Port Tubes as S1, the effective vibration area of the bass horn as S2, and S1=(0.1-0.4) S2 is the optimal. according to the calculation formula, the cross-sectional area of 2" Port Tubes fit for 3.5", 4", 5" and 6" Bass Speaker
2.Port Tubes length LV=(1.463 * 107R ^ 2)/(FB2VB) -1.463R, among them: LV is the length of the port tubes, R=the opening radius of the port tubes, all in inches; FB is the tuning frequency, in Hz; VB is the volume of the sound system, measured in cubic inches
Note: The dimensions of these Port Tubes are all manually measured, which may result in some slight errors. Please measure and confirm again after receiving the goods to ensure that the speaker cabinet cutout is just right. If the cutout is too large, you can use some glue to fix it
