I was a bit apprehensive about the decision. My cat is often terrified of grooming products, but this grinder is surprisingly quiet and has a low vibration level. She did not react when I switched it on for the first time even though she usually is terrified of clippersParticularly useful when working on nails of varying sizes or rotating between animals, the three-speed settings allow you to precisely manage the amount of grinding force that you require. The built-in four LED lights are another feature that I really appreciate since they make it easier for me to see precisely what I'm doing, which in turn decreases the likelihood that I may overgrind and do harm to my pet. A USB charging connection was included with the grinder, making it extremely simple to recharge. The grinder has a sturdy and well-made feel about it. To this point, the battery life appears to be quite good; I have used it a few times without having to replenish the battery. Regardless of the size of your pet, this tool makes nail upkeep a breeze and eliminates any discomfort that may be associated with it. Pet owners who are looking for a more secure and relaxing experience while grooming their pets at home should strongly consider this product.

This was a first time at buying a nail grinder. I had tried clippers on my dogs before and I always got it wrong, finally had to pack them up and let the vet do it...ugh, $$$$'s!So I started researching the different ways to keep my dogs' nails trimmed back and after looking at several different manufacturers, this on eappeared to be the sturdiest and the quietest. I wasn't wrong. This nail grinder works great, very quiet and I don't have to hold my dogs down as tightly, they tolerate me doing their nails but don't go all freaky on me like with the clippers and the vet. They still don't like getting their nails done, they are Border Collies and I can't fool them into thinking this is fun. I have found the secret for these two is not to try and grind back so much at any one time. I do a little bit a couple times a day or every other day and they seem to have accepted that better than all at once, almost routine to them now. But all in all, this is an excellent nail grinder for my dogs.

Seems to take a long time, but it is easy on my pup. Sound is soft, so it’s not so scary. Overall good, I just feel like I’m doing it for a very long time.

Finally! I can finally trim my dogs' nails, and I couldn't be happier! I have a Toy Fox Terrier and a Chihuahua. They hate nail trims. Even the vet won't do it anymore because the pups fights so much.The first time I touched this to the first nail, they struggled like usual, but by the 3rd or 4th nail, they were relaxed. The light is super helpful. I use it on the lowest speed because their nails are skinny. There was very little noise or vibration. They finally can walk across the floor without making tap-tap soundsSo very happy

Works really well! It's quiet and not overly aggressive so the grinding isn't too scary. I can't say my dog "allows" me to do this (it involves 2 people and a muzzle to get it done) but the tool itself isn't scary. The charge lasts forever and the light is super helpful. The plastic guard at the top collects most of the shavings too so it isn't messy. It definitely beats trying to trim and not hurt with clippers!

Love how well-designed and quiet this nail grinder is! I love that I can adjust how much of the grinder I can expose based on my dog's nails size. I also think the outser cover is such a great idea to minimize the fine nail powder that gets everywhere. Overall, I highly recommend this product!

CORRECTIONFROM PREVIOUS REVIEW.I'm so embarrassed! We looked and looked for the charging cable and couldnt find it. Found out our cat had taken it while we were reading the intructions. Discovered it under a chair. 🤨I tried the grinder out on our little dog, who, is terrified of having her nails trimmed. She did great!!!Thank you!

Very quiet. The grinder has variable speed settings which is helpful depending on which nail you need to grind. Wish it came with more than one grinding head, but what you get is a good start.Overall I like the feel and quality of the grinder. It will definitely fit the needs of our 50 pound lab mix.

Strong, good battery and overall performance.
Compared to other electrical nail grinders we've tested this is by far the most effective one. Have not even dared to use 3rd speed yet...Strong, good battery performance and overall easy to use. HaveThe led-light is a plus but not a must.Highly recommended.

Ha sido un verdadero acierto! Uno de mis perros tiene las uñas negras y le crecen mucho, con el típico cortaúñas perruno, es una odisea incluso a veces le he hecho daño sin querer, este aparato me ha dado mucha tranquilidad ya q puedo ir midiendo hasta donde llegar , los perros se han dejado sin problema ( algún amago ha salido , es normal ) , tiene potencia , y con el cabezal toda la queratina limada se almacena para desecharla tranquilamente , las uñas de un doberman y gran danes que son buenas uñas , me las ha limado perfectamente, es algo q a todo el mundo q tenga perros lo voy a comentar y recomendar!

Dank der 3 einstellbaren Geschwindigkeiten und den 4 LED-Leuchten kann man super präzise arbeiten, ohne den Hund zu erschrecken oder zu verletzen.
