A couple of my piercings were irritated, used this 2-3 times a day and they were back to normal. This is my aesthetician's brand of saline for ear piercing care. I stick it in the fridge for cooling, anti-inflammatory care of my cartilage piercings and keeps them clean and healthy during the healing process. It's pricey but worth the price to combat potential infections and easier to administer as a fine mist rather than a squeeze bottle.

My favorite saline spray ive used thus far. Ive used it for cleaning my fresh piercings to an open wound I've been dealing with for months. The nozzle is great since it doesnt squirt out a ton of water. Its a gentle spray nozzle that you can adjust the amount that comes out by the pressure you apply to the nozzle. I also like the price for the quality and longevity of the product. I would suggest trying out the spray

This was exactly what I wanted from a saline spray. The wound spray I initially got from Walgreens was way to rough on my ears. This spray doesn't make me feel like I'm going to shoot out my eardrum so that's good. My friend tried it and was also amazed. Definitely recommend!
