He’s tall and slim. The M fit like a size 8, and the L fit well. I’ll be keeping the M for my 6.5 year old instead. That size fits him very nicely.

They run small almost returned, but needed them for this summer. Our son is 5T thin/tall or boys 4/5 and these just fit so would size up. They washed fine and fit good.
