I’ve had the mug for a while and the outer coating of paint doesn’t have a single scratch on it, unlike cheaper bottles/mugs I’ve owned.I got the green color and it looks great. The 17 oz capacity is just right for coffee.

This cup kept my freshly brewed coffee from a Keureg, so hot I couldn't drink it at first. Then perfect temp for over an hour. I have distractions and before this, I'd have to reheat or replenish my morning coffee several times, finally pour some out.Very happy well worth the cost perfect size as well, and I like that I can use a coffee straw (from the gas station) and don't get burned that way.No more cold, wasted coffee!

Purchased this Tumbler because I needed one that would work well for my HOT Coffee (excellent for 3+ hours), in fact had to take the lid off because it wouldn't cool down fast enough! It also needed to double as a cup for powdered drink to mix with water, and I wanted to be able to "SHAKE" it without a leak.At first I did get a small drip from around the lid seal when it would get shaken. Upon closer inspection I found the lid has a "mold crease" assuming from the manufacturing process.Solution: If you use a razor blade, or nail file, or some other abrasive you can smooth the crease at the point where the seal contacts it, then replace the seal - PERFECTO! Leak is gone! I hold the drink hole cover in place and SHAKE the bejebers out of it - ZERO LEAKS! I've even dropped it and NO LEAKS!YES - Ordering one more this evening!

I wasn't sure I needed this 10oz thermal cup, but none-the-less I relented & ordered it. So glad I did. It is so well crafted! It keeps my hot chocolate hot, is well-balanced to hold in my aging hands, has a unique sipping design & teflon sleeve plus the price made it irresistable. Great product!

This is the best little mug. It keeps my coffee warm for quite awhile and is the perfect size. It holds abt 10oz which is perfect for me. Flip top closure is very tight n secure. Steel inside helps keep it clean easier. Love the real green color.

The item came as pictured but it felt cheap. The metal was thin. The plastic lid just felt gross. I only used it once and decided to replace it with something else that had a bit more quality to it. It does what it needs to but not superbly.

The product doesn’t stay hot even for one hour

The reason for buying the cup was it will stay hot for hours but within 1 hour the coffee turns very cold even fully incapsulated

The product was damaged when I received it. I don’t know whether they dispatched a damaged item or the quality was so poor that it was damaged during shipping or Bolo delivery agent are managing product very poorly.
