The delivery person did a fabulous job! Very, nice and friendly! He delivered all of my packages to my apartment as per my extra instructions! Thank you so much for that!! A 5 star review because of that alone!! 😊The jacket is very warm but the WEIGHT of it is VERY HEAVY. It feels like I'm carrying an extra 40 pounds with the weight of this. Ugh. If you don't want a jacket/coat that weighs a ton, this is not the one.I ordered a 3XL because it is from China & their clothing tends to run on the small side. The outside is very nice. Windproof, waterproof, and great for the 🥶 weather. The inside is black & very soft! I love that! The white fur around the rim of the hood isn't in the best of shape. It looks cheap & cheesy. The zippers work ok. The snaps are ok. Overall, it's a great jacket for the cold Winters. It sits almost to my knees. I'm short. 5 foot short. So, it rather long which is good because it will keep my legs warm. It wasn't packaged in a box. That is troublesome. It came in a zip closed bag with the shipping label on it. I would suggest to the seller that they package it differently because anyone can see through the bag & steal it. I've included a photo of the bag it came in so it would be helpful to others so that they can be aware. Not impressed with this jacket for the reasons listed. For $80, I think most people would expect better quality.

Overall, a nice jacket. The fur around the hood feels yucky, but it zips off the hood. The zippers AL arm to work fine. Love the fluffy inside, and the outer pockets have the same fluffy material in them. Pockets are all large enough to fit a Samsung S22 ultra, with a protective case. I sized up so that I could wear sweaters etc. Size 16, 5'10", ordered 3XL and probably could have gone with a 2XL lol... good thing the waist cinches from the inside. It's long, sleeves are even a tad long on my monkey arms but I HATE when sleeves go up my forearms on jackets so I'm good with it and my bum will no longer be cold! For the price, I feel that this jacket was a good value.

This is a very warm coat. Fits perfect. Nice to have an inside pocket and it’s just comfortable. The sizing is accurate. I ordered a size XL and it fits perfect not too tight and you can wear a sweater underneath without feeling overly bundled up. I did however find that the faux fur is not accurate with the picture here on Bolo. It is not fluffy and full like what is pictured. It’s short and looks very cheap. This was a try before you buy item and would have returned it but I like the coat overall. I will be attaching a faux fur trim to my liking because I have removed the original one. It also sheds like crazy so if you want a soft, fluffy longer hair faux fur collar you will not get that with this coat.

The fit of the coat is not very good. The sleeves are too long and I have never had this problem with a coat.I made the purchase jn good faith and thought the coat would be great. If I had tried the coat on kn a store I would not of purchased it because of the longer sleeves.
Too small
I liked everything about this coat, except: the fur on the hood is cheap looking, does not look like the picture. And the coat is too small, you should order the next size up. Also the arms are very long. It is also not that warm. Good for Fall and Spring and a mild Winter. But the coat looks nice, and I like the fact that you can take the fur off the hood (zipper), and keep the hood on. I also like the fact that you can move the zipper up from the bottom when it is done up, so you have extra room when you are sitting. Has some very nice features.
