5.0 out of 5 stars Great price and overall best flavor.
I love this peanut butter, I bought it to mix it with my chocolate protein powder and wanted something different since they don't sell the chocolate peanut butter and it taste and smell's amazing. Sometimes I open it up just to smell it.
5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent PB Powder!
This peanut butter powder is great! It is an excellent value with no bs additives. I’m not sure why some of the reviews say this doesn’t taste good, I’ve tried a lot of PB Powders this one taste just a good if not better. If your comparing it to regular peanut butter then it’s definitely going to taste different, mix this powder with a little water and salt and you’ll get about the same taste and texture as peanut butter spread and save a lot of calories along with not have all the processed chemicals a lot of PB spreads use.
4.0 out of 5 stars Delicious protein.
Love the protein. Great flavor. The four stars are for the protein. But the bag is awful.Opened it once. And from what I discovered . The seal zipper was totally stuck into the track if you will. And totally came apart. So I’m using a bag chip clip to keep it closed. Hopefully that’ll keep it fresh.Other than that. Delicious.Specially in my breakfast protein smoothie.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great for keto milk
The powder dissolves in hot water rather easily. I use it to make pea protein milk. It tastes great. It is a good keto alternative to soymilk.
5.0 out of 5 stars Wow, I love this protein powder,
Wow, I love this protein powder, it really imparts no flavor and no more gritty than other plant based protein powders. I switched to this from Garden of Life Unflavored Protein Powder. I personally find it superior in nearly every way to GOL.
1.0 out of 5 stars Behold, The Gates of Despair
I held off on writing this review until I was through half the 5lb bag of this stuff to make sure I didn’t adapt to it: I did not. I will preface this by saying I have no allergies, gastrointestinal disorders, illnesses, and I eat clean 90% of the time. This stuff is vile. It tastes like mulch even with additives, it’s messy, the powder gets everywhere, and it hates water with a passion. It clumps, refuses to mix, compacts itself, and leaves residue everywhere. And it tears your stomach to shreds. It is by no means gentle on your stomach, easy, or good. It unleashes unholy wrath upon your gut and colon. Thirty minutes after drinking this, you will be passing gas every thirty seconds that smells like you’re trying to weld copper inside a tank of raw sewage and roadkill. Every. Single. Time. You will have diarrhea. You will sit on the toilet and think the worst has passed only to stand back up and immediately sit back down for another round with Porcelain Mike. You will bloat, you will drive away your friends and family, and scare your pets. Your stomach will cramp, and every pasty squirt of tepid evil that comes out of your backside will be inundated with this death powder as I fully believe there is far, far more indigestible fiber in this stuff than is advertised. The powder will fall out of your liquid stool and gather at the bottom of the toilet bowel as if you had never mixed this stuff in a blender. Also, you will ONLY mix this stuff in a blender. There is no shaker cup on this planet that is capable of getting this substance to mix into water. This isn’t a protein powder. This isn’t good for macros. It is literally biological warfare in a bag and should be banned from public consumption under the Geneva Convention.
5.0 out of 5 stars An unexpectedly pleasant surprise!
This particular product went above my pretty reasonable expectations. It is very clear that the company cares about a number of things beyond the protein powder that you're buying as well: there's obviously a functional extra step to remove excess sodium, the packaging is minimal yet insanely sturdy, and the pea protein powder itself is so finely ground that it mixes incredibly easily into whatever I've placed it (plain cold water, hot soup, even combining it with a larger brand-name protein powder which is loaded with a lot of stevia... this stuff definitely did the job in terms of reducing the sweetness without overwhelming it with pea flavor, etc.). Best of all, I am satiated, it's easy to digest, and I could probably add it to cooked brown rice to make it a more complete protein before and after exercise.I often see a lot of reviews where people complain about pea protein being too salty and tasting awful to the point where they're retching. While I can attest to the former and never the latter (know what you're getting... it's peas, and you know it's peas even though it's overall rather "flavorless"), I can say that neither are issues and so far -at least for me- this brand has something which is also easy to digest. The only thing which initially raised my eyebrow was needing two scoops per serving according to the nutrition label to gain the full benefit. However, when I saw the size of the scoop (which I will happily add was in its own little wrapper; first time I've seen that!), it's pretty small and the total serving size is only 33g. Most of the protein powders use a bigger scoop for a higher amount, and still you would gain several grams less per serving than this stuff. Maybe a smaller scoop is better since you have more control over a finer powder? No idea, but it's really of no consequence to me since I tend to use a teaspoon anyways and I can calculate how much I'm getting regardless of whatever I'm using nonetheless. It's a very good ratio here. While I understand that tastes certainly vary as much as tolerances, I would highly recommend this powerhouse of a product disguised as a little gem floating around on Bolo. I will undoubtedly be buying this again. What a beautiful job this company has done!Update: I've already ordered another only days later since I'll be sharing it with someone equally impressed.
Excellent
