Been using this for 3 full months now and when I got my hair cut today my stylist was shocked at how much new growth I have. I've been losing my hair due to perimenopause and this has helped tremendously. I've always had strong nails that grow quickly so I haven't seen a difference there but the hair situation is amazing!

You have to be very consistent and take it for 6 months, but you will be amazed. I went from tissue paper nails to as strong as acrylics!
