So I was on birth control for not having a period and having naturally higher testosterone than some women do. I hated birth control because it caused me so many negative side effects but this stuff WORKS. I have a period every month and my levels have evened out to almost perfect

This supplement is a keeper, so say my kids. I've only been taking them a short time and the biggest change I have noticed is my Mood swings, (which is the reason I purchased them in the first place). Just 2 a day and my anxiety is on the down low. My moods are happier, no more snapping at everybody, and I'm actually getting sleep now. I go to bed and wake up in a much better mood. No more walking on eggsheels around here. Just calm, cool and collective. It doesn't taste great but it's quick and painless getting them down. The ingredients are all natural & healthy. They are a great value for your money. Just 2 a day will get you the results your looking for and then some. Its about time to reorder. I have added these to my daily routine. I love this product! I have been using it for months now and it has been a game changer! I am calm and focused along with a bit of added energy. I work with special needs children so have stressful days and this has kept me going.

I have PCOS and have had trouble with my hormones already, but while trying this, I feel like my hormones are more out of wack. That's not to say that this product doesn't work, it just doesn't agree with me.The packaging was nice and the pills are easy to swallow.Hopefully this works better for others.

So far so good! I’ve only used this product 2 days and I can honestly say the 1 st day I used it was after lunch! By 3:30, I felt so relaxed. No side effects, but a sense of calmness! The product was fresh and well packed! I look forward to continue usage.
