Last time we went I got blisters and had really bad heel pain, and am sure it would have happened again if I hadn’t had these in my sneakers. It was a snug fit since I left the inserts in, but I loosened the laces and it was fine. They provided a nice cushion for my heel and good arch support, which shifted the weight away from the heel. They were lifesavers.

It gives good arch support. But not heel support pr comfort if that is where you have the most pain from your plantar fasciitis like myself. Wore them for 4 hours and my heels hurt so bad in my timberland boots. I work 12 hour shifts as a emt and these dis not give the relief I was hoping for

Muy recomendable.
Tras varios días de un uso continuo, de todas las taloneras que he probado esta ha sido la más efectiva, acolchado de goma amortigua lo justo para no hundirse ni sentirlo incómodo, y al tener una pequeña prolongación más allá del punto de apoyo del talón rellena el hueco del pie y reparte mejor peso aliviando puntos de presión, no se mueve y permanece fija con movimiento del pie. De momento muy recomendable.
