The Seektop surf bucket hat is an excellent accessory for any surfer or beach goer looking for protection from the sun. The strap provides a perfectly secure hold during duck-diving, wipeouts and from wind. I have medium length hair, and when it's excessively windy outside, I pop this hat on and it keeps the hair out of my face.Don't worry about looking like a kook; hats are becoming more and more common and I value my skin over the opinions of others. Great value as well vs the big brands. I would highly recommend this product!

I have been using this for sun protection while surfing. It stays on your head, even after being crushed by a six foot wave. The material quality is pretty good but not excellent.

It protects from the sun, stays in the head but sometimes it’s flimsy and can block our vision when paddling back specially.
Item does not have ear covers as shown in the photos
The item is misrepresented in the photos. It does not have ear covers. Perhaps it will be a good hat, but that will require me to use it for a few weeks to evaluate its performance. The inaccuracy of the advertisement is very disappointing.
