The taste is a bold strong flavor. We started drinking them as an Oncology patient at Fred Hutch Cancer Center as they serve this brand. We order it and it has become our main source of Morning Joe. Does not taste like Instant!

Fresh flavor and every pack, I just wish it could be all from the same bean roast some packs have a little boulder flavor.After you open a jar so many times and get out a teaspoon it takes in so much air or oxygen, and the flavor of the coffee is not as good as it was when the first opening.

Product is great, all comes out, easier to cut open than trying to tear unless you tear down the side a long way. I use 2 packets in 1-16oz stainless steel mug. Dissolves in hot water right away or in cold whole milk if you let it sit for 20mins or so. Disappointment: The pack of 8 boxes is not my idea of "giftable" because 4 packages are taped together on the "outside" of the larger package. The tape peels the box labeling off, if you try to remove the tape.
