Have constant pain while walking so I have to wrap my ankle and the heel pad with sports tape all day long for walking and activities. I normally use the national brand sports tape from the big box stores and for the most part they work. However, those tapes don't seem to stick too well, although they feel dry but don't stick to the skin for very long. One good thing about them is they do come off easy and leave no sticky residues. Until I came across this generic sports tape that advertised strong adhesive with no sticky residue. They are so inexpensive so I have decided to give it a go. Wow, am I glad I did, this tape is an absolute game changer for me. They stick to my skin strong and last ALL DAY, removing it is easy too, no pain, and absolutely no sticky residue. It does creates more sweat for the area than the other brand I used but not irritating. On top of the great price, I don't see a reason to ever go back to the more expensive national brand. Highly recommend it.

I’ve been using this ADMITRY Athletic Tape for one of my rescued dogs, who lost a foot and now wears a prosthetic, and it works incredibly well. I purchased this athletic tape following a meniscus injury which made walking very painful. Following an online video I placed several strips along either side of the knee and was able to walk almost normally with greatly reduced pain. Having a package of 6 rolls allowed me to apply extra tape to ensure proper support without running out as my injury healed over several weeks. The tape is difficult to tear but cuts easily and provides extra strength without excessive adhesive.

Great tape for me after my surgery but unfortunately was a bit lacking is stickiness. I couldn't get through an hour of basketball without it unraveling.

These wraps have saved my wrist during boxing. The tape is strong and doesn’t tear my hair out when I remove it. It’s a little hard to tear with my teeth, having to do it one-handed, but it doesn’t rip with a little effort. It really adds that extra support I need to not injure my wrist when punching the heavy bag.
