The media could not be loaded. I like that this does just what I needed: mount solidly in an area without taking up much space and dispense towels effectively and not allow roll runaway. I didn't have many places I could mount it that would fit in well and so I mounted onto one of the side poles of my Furinno shelf unit with a couple of black zip ties. Its been working good like that and I'm probably going to buy one more.

Replaced a broken plastic holder. This one holds the roll firmly in place and allows for one sheet at a time dispensing and it works as advertised for one hand operation. Much better than a freewheeling style that drops half a roll on the counter if you're not careful.Not sure how long the ratchet mechanism with last seeing that it is plastic, only time will tell.The only thing that I found that is bothersome is that the metal bracket does not seem to be bent enough to hold the roll level under the cabinet. The open end seems to droop a little even without a roll in place.The manufacturer needs to bend the angles a bit more to make this sit parallel with the bottom of the cabinet.Installation was a breeze. There are two options to mount this under a cabinet. There are two pieces of double sided adhesive pads provided or there are screw holes. Not sure how well the pads with hold under normal use. I chose to screw mine in place. The only way to reach one of the screw holes is to disassemble the unit so the brakes can be installed, then you can reassemble everything to complete the install. This took no more than 15 minutes. Just be sure to pay attention to all of the moving parts for the ratchet mechanism. lt can still be use without the ratchet mechanism in place but that will defeat the one hand operation that keeps the roll from spinning freely.

the product itself is great my only problem is the wall anchors they provide. you cannot actually get them into the wall without damaging your wall. once i finally got them into the wall the screws did not fit into the anchors and the whole thing went through my wall. i ended up using the adhesive tape then drilling holes into the wall and screwing the screws in. after installation it was sturdy. i only went with the anchor method in the first place because i read a review saying it was wobbly. but all in all it works great!

I previously used the typical $8 type, but the adhesive came off. When I tried to apply new adhesive and applied some pressure, the joint where the bar connects came loose. I tossed in recycle bin.THIS roller is a whole other order of construction. The springy middle holds the towel roll firm, has a slight resistance / click when you pull the towel.The bar has a better stronger mount with a screw at the end.This product has 4 screw hole for mounting plus 2 adhesive pads.I live in an RV so I went all out and applied adhesive to both surfaces for extra holding power. I then used the screws and seated the decorative caps. It looks great and I can just tell, super strong.The holder was in a protective bag to prevent scratches and has plenty of mounting hardware plus 2 addition hooks that can be mounted with supplied adhesive pad.I bought two of these and feel good about paying a bit more for them, wish I had purchased these to begin with.

Got this for our RV. Paper towels don’t unravel as we drive and easy to tear off just one. Very well made although we needed longer screws to place this under a cabinet. Very pleased.

It was easy to attach—I used the 3M strips. It’s handy to pull off just one or two paper towels with one hand. This is a worth while purchase.

The media could not be loaded. What I like about this is the roll is not just freely sitting on the arm where the paper towels can come unrolled. I like that I can remove a sheet with one hand and not get half a roll with it. It does come with the double sided tape but we did decide to make it more permanent and used screws.
