I am making custom T shirts for an event. Yes, they come completely flat, in a vacuum sealed baggie. Once you open them up you HAVE to massage them, roll the stuffing around inside, etc., help the feet get puffy. You cannot expect them to bounce out of that bag and be perfect. You can see my pics, once I spend a minute or so on each one, they are amazing. Extremely soft to the touch, not a cheap fabric at all. In 100 bears, I had ONE small hold on a seam that I stitched up. Other than that, PERFECT. That's great craftmanship. I HIGHLY recommend.

I am a therapist and sometimes "prescribe" teddy bears for people going through a rough time. Great oxytocin hit! Was looking for some more affordable options. Bought these - there are soft, and kind of perfect for my purpose. They come vacuum-packed so you have to let them air out and expand before they take their full shape. Cute, but not quite "adorable" like some teddy bears can be - but makes for a good enough snuggle buddy.
