Change is scary and difficult. It's easy to stay in the pits of codependency. I know, I've been actively codependent for 40 years. It's scary to take time out for yourself. You'll feel selfish and wrong for it, but in reality, it's YOUR life you're making better and by making your own life better, you'll show up for more people.
Thanks to this book, I've learned so much in the last 12 weeks. I've grown tremendously. And I've been taking action to keep moving forward for a healthy life and healthy relationships. I strongly suggest this book. ❤️
