The plastic part don't work properly, the straps are way too elastic, item is overpriced. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYWAY TO BUYING IT. look for a lowered priced knee support

This brace has multiple adjustment options to get the right fit and keep brace in place. Feels very secure and soft material does not irritate the skin.

I bought one brace for my brother. He really needs braces on both needs so i decided to get a second one since the first brace worked really well for him. He's a big guy with terrible knee pain that works 10 hour shifts so he needed something that would stay in place and give some support. I've ordered this brace 3 more times now and each on is worse than the other. The new braces use very stretch elastic straps that won't allow the brace to stay in place. It's like they replace the strap with a thick ace bandage! the strap keeps twisting and turning around the plastic oval ring. You have to go back to the nylon strap! Why would you change it to this? It doesn't make any sense. Can you just send him one with the nylon straps?

The pros of this brace is that it definitely helps stabilize my knee and helps reduce the pain behind my knee cap and in my MCL.The cons are that the plastic strap turnbuckles are not secured and flip side ways after bending my knee just a couple of times thus changing the fit of the brace. Also, it took a while for the Velcro to soften up a bit, it was scratchy behind my knee at first. I probably wouldn’t buy this brace again.
