Horrible I don’t know why there are stars because I wouldn’t give them any stars they were melted. I’ve already sent this several times. I don’t know why it’s coming up again.. I give this order no stars!

We love Lindt chocolate truffles; I’ve ordered many times thru Bolo. This box was to be the chocolate addition to the dessert array at my grandson’s graduation next weekend. When I opened this box, it was full of chocolate soup, completely melted. Yes it’s been very hot already in south Texas, and knew I was taking a chance. I’m heading to the grocery store…When it gets cooler around November, I’ll be ordering these magnificent Lindt chocolate truffles again.

A fantastic buy! Do the math. Shipped in a box that was designed as a temp cooler! It was lined with a 2" think piece of insulation and the item on top of an amazing cold bag that can be reused. I was very impressed!

Before my husband went out and bought me some mediocre Valentine box of chocolates, I told him I wanted Lindoor Truffles, specifically pistachio filled. This 90 count box was on sale, and included pistachio, yes! My box of truffles arrived the same day I ordered them and was double boxed; a brown cardboard box marked with Lindoor labeling, inside was the gold box of truffles. I noticed right away that the tape on the gold box looked tampered with. It was lifted on one corner and the tape had folded onto itself. The outer box looked untampered with. But of course, this prompted me to count the truffles. Fifteen of each flavor, except the pistachio filled, there was one missing. Doesn't that just figure. So 89 truffles in total.
