    The chocolate taste amazing. Im working professionally with it. This package come with not fresh chocolate. When I’m melting it, it gets thick. Need to add coco oil to make it nice for covered strawberries. Melts very fast, leaves on chocolates white lines.

    Chocolate was not cold packed. Half of the chocolate was melted, which means I will need to chunk it out once it cools and I am ready to use. Will not purchase again.
